@Pigems We can always reschedule. Did you try the Manufacturers? I managed to win but breaking 200 points will be difficult as an A driver. That All Star S rating helps a lot with points.

That’s cool, no worries here. I was gonna try it lat night, but didn’t get around to it. I might try Nations tonight though, I like roads cars.
 
All good. We had fun. Not so much for me in race 2 but when the lobby is public, things happen. Speaking of, Round 6 results are up on the PDF. CW had pole before I hit "Start Race" instead of "Chat" the second time but I was considering giving both CW and phreelickz the bonus point. It's possible that phreelickz had the pole for Race 2 the first time and CW the second time. My fault for hitting "Start Race" every time I go to hit "Chat".

Was anyone able to watch the 50th running of the Nurburgring 24H race on live stream? I couldn't find it anywhere.

CW had pole for race 2, I just kept binning my flying laps so he gets the point for sure.

Hopefully we can get more people back in next weekend. Need to go over some rules in case random show up again as well. That was a crap way to have the race decided.
 
It's okay. Ended up winning the final Nation's Cup race of the night by about 10 seconds. Watch out for Sir_Lead...he blocks and pushes people off a lot. Need to practice a lot for 4 series now; this one, the Toyota series, Manufacturer's and Nation's.

I do agree that wee need a weekend with all the members present. We are slo halfway through the season now.

I'm very glad didn't have to decide how to score the pole for this round. It's another reason I would suggest you exit to the pit lane when your done with your qualifying. Harder to accidentally hit the start button.
 
Hey just to confirm. For the Manufacturer's Cup sponsored cars. The parts I must buy myself. I'm assuming I lose them at the end of my contract the Manufacturer right?

Yes, if you buy them for the gift car. If you own the car and it isn't a gift car you keep the parts.
But I'm stupid and I've had to go back and re-buy all my tires again this season because I'm a bit pig headed.

Sorry I'm a little confused by this response. I know from GTS the sponsored cars are loaners from the manufacturers. What I'm asking is what happens to the tires and parts they are to cheap to supply you with for these cars?

Those parts disappear if you bought them with the supplied car. And yes, for manufacturers you have to buy the tires. Otherwise the car comes fully tuned.

So, when you click on the cars you can see below them they have little icons indicating if it is a gift car, supplied car or bought car. I think the manufacturer supplied ones have a pink checkered flag icon.
If you buy the tires and parts while in that car the you lose all that stuff at the end of the season. If you have bought your own copy of that car then you can buy parts for that particular one and you don't lose them.

It doesn't really make sense, but anything bought for a supplied car disappears along with the car after the season.

I didn't buy anything for my sponsored cars yet. I wanted to make sure I'm not pissing away my hard earned credits first. Well then I probably won't be race in any manufacturers races anytime soon. A full set of Racing Tires is around 100,000 cr for a car I don't keep.

If you have your own copy of the car and buy the tires for that one then you can still keep them. They only take back the gift car and attachments bought for that. If you never used the gift car but used the one you bought with your own money you will still have all your stuff.

Wait I can use my own cars now for the Manufacturer's Championship? You couldn't in GTS. It was the sponsored cars only. But that means I now have to buy the Gr.3 and Gr.4 Genesis G70s. And buy equipment for them.

I couldn’t see a countdown timer or a total lap count on my screen which I’m sure was there before. I was hoping to host my own event this month but the lobby last night feels like a step back since last time I played. It’s becoming frustrating situation.

All the races have been 30 minutes timed races so far.
