Looks like skyactive X (186 hp) is top model for Japan, but that engine comes with AWD in Europe, 2.5 AWD is USA only.

For sure. PD mare weird choices at times. I thought we’d get the 2015 BM model at some stage. Glad they skipped that and moved to the current BP model.

That was one of my guesses as well. The headlights look more visible. If it is, that’s fine too. I can work with it.

The addition of the Alphard was the ending of GT7 for me.
It's not fast, nor is it a "worthy of racing game" car. But a fun meme car that makes people smile and reminds them a bit of classic Gran Turismo.

For my personal taste, the Mazda 3 is the strongest antagonist against this car. A beautiful hatchback that is underrated in the racing game.
But the favorite that will make me and my friends smile next week will undoubtedly be this out-of-place minivan.

Personally I'm delighted about the prospect of the 959. When I was little I had an RC car in the shape of one and adored it and ever since then wanted one. Everyone goes for the Ferrari F40, I go for the 959.

The '19 RS5 will be Gr.2 as it's a Class 1 car like the '16 Super GT cars. 600hp 2.0l turbo engine, lots of aero, etc. The main difference with the DTM cars is they have DRS.

I seriously hope they include all livery variations of the car from the 2019 season, as that's something seriously lacking in most race cars in the game. I mean, some Gr. 3 cars have extra livery variations in their color selection (and to an extent, the Mazda Atenza Gr. 4 and Roadster NR-A), but every other race car in the game (new and existing) needs more livery variations.

For this update, they should also add all the liveries to all the 2016 GT500's default color selection while they're at it.

Spoiler alert: the Audi RS 5 Turbo DTM, based on the 2019 season, actually has eight liveries, such as:
