I’m excited for the Volvo 240 :) My uncle used to have one in that typical dark blue :) But I’m only slightly annoyed the V40 is right hand drive… I generally dislike it when PD switches between right- and left hand drive cars from (mainland) Europe… imho if the brand in from a left hand drive country, the car should be modeled left hand drive and for brands that are from right hand driving countries, right hand drive. Or just have both available so people can choose which one they want… (that’ll never happen though)
I think whether it depends on what car they get their hands on to model. If they get a left hand model that's what they do. I could be wrong though

Hoping they include the 1999 front bumpers as a bumper option for the NSX aswell as some car ran it before being updated to the same one the 2000 Castrol uses but if not i'm still 100% stoked for it

Will be purchasing atleast 5 of every car but especially the NSX can't wait to download these liveries:

So happy to get Volvo back, as I'm a lifelong diehard Volvo fan (my current daily driver is a 2006 V70R, manual transmission).

Now the question is, did they fix the weight issue on the 240? In the previous versions, Polyphony mistakenly put in the gross vehicle weight instead of the curb weight - a difference of about 500kg!

Very nice cars BUT
NO TRACK
NO CHAMPIONSHIPS
NO CUSTOMIZATION IN ON LINE LOBBIES
NO CUSTOMIZATION IN CUSTOM RACES
NO ABILITY TO SELL ENGINES AND PARTS
I have to run a business so I have about 60-80 hours on this game since I bought it last march with the PSVR2...everytime I load this game up, i get the updates and play something else....And TBH Im waiting till they either announce a new game development or till when the game is "somewhat" finalized until server shutdowns.

When you think about it, most parts you get from the wheel aren't that expensive, so I can understand why they don't let us sell a driveshaft for 9k... Engines however, there's no excuse for not letting us sell them. The ticket bonanza was what? 2 years ago? So, majority of new players likely don't have a stockpile of engines, if PD is worried about a large percentage of players getting rich.

Me? I have almost 15million in engines still from that bonanza, and that's going at only 30 percent of the 'recommended retail price' listed in the garage. It could potentially be worth more, but will I ever find out? Make it happen already PD.

Is this going to be update 1.49 or are they going to jump to 1.50? I'm just curious because traditional naming conventions would mean that 1.50 would bring more "major" changes compared to a 1.49 update... But I don't think PD follows normal naming conventions.

The only other car that I know of with a glaring spec inaccuracy is the XJ220. In-game it's rated (around) 514BHP, but the actual car is 542BHP.

No mention if they'll add in the True Force feature in compatible Fanatec wheels in this update. Maybe soon, hopefully.

I recall going to some local LAN parties in the GT4 hay days with a couple of Volvo guru's and they said the 240 dimensions and weight was incorrect in GT4. I wonder if they'll have the correct specs this time around.

It’s in arithmetic sequence, so it’s pretty much like counting apples and expecting the 50th apple to have some special characteristics just because it’s number 50.

Rather have Polyphony add them as livery variations to the car's color selection, even for something sold at Legend Cars.

Yeah I love me some old sporty Honderps.

I'd take multiple Civics and Integras right now. Civic Si coupes, Civic Ferio SiR-II sedans, FD/FN Civic Type R (even the poopy Euro hatch), old ass Quint Integras, DA Integra XSi, Acura Integra GSi, DC5 Integra Type-R, Acura RSX Type-S, the new Acura Integra Type-S.

Make the car roster look like GT2's used car list.

I'll take your word for it and look forward to the update tomorrow.
ATM all I'm hoping for is a standard F–150, preferably an 09–14 model so I can model my own truck accurately with its new look.
If it doesn't happen, though, I'll still keep playing.

It’s looking like the previous games car lists.

The latest cars are right smack in that lovely touring car era between the rise of Group A and on the cusp of the beginning of Super Touring. PD been adding the right cars for my enjoyment. I think another hour to go.

Update Details

First time we're getting a swap for a car in the same update that car is added?

Just did a Single Race in a Swift. Two EG one in black and other in blue. Love the confetti fabric. Going to be so cool in VR.
