Do you have a source for that rumour?rumors of it moving to Xbox
Essentially playing online with other players, whether it was a lobby or a Sport Mode race. I cannot speak for all the Thrustmaster models (maybe yours was okay?) but for Logitech it was the loss of the TrueForce, which is what they call their haptic feedback system. What were the triggers for the loss of feedback? I was racing on thrustmaster yesterday in the event and didnt have an issue.
I did the manufacturer championship race on T-GT II. No problems, 16 players.Essentially playing online with other players, whether it was a lobby or a Sport Mode race. Everything was fine when playing single player or doing TTs (even for online events) but as soon as other people are present in a lobby, the TF died.
Do you have a source for that rumour?
TGT2 had issues with the transducer, I think it got turned off by the problem.I did the manufacturer championship race on T-GT II. No problems, 16 players.
Correct. I think many, including myself, were getting our lines crossed with the terms.Happy to see Trueforce back for online racing 💪
It's not really true saying that "The wheels delivered no feedback effects", at least not for the Logitech G Pro wheel. Only TrueForce was gone, but normal FFB was still present. It's just that after getting used to it, deactivating TF feels like you miss 75% of the FFB. But I guess this just felt like any other brand DD wheel
I personally still had tire feel, for example the understeer force feedback. For me it was like you would set "vibration strength" to 0.Correct. I think many, including myself, were getting our lines crossed with the terms.
The wheel always had FFB, as it would still resist turning the car. As you turn the car, the wheel would fight you some to go back in a straight position. What was missing, was everything else (called the haptic feedback as the general term as different brands have a different name for it). So road feel, car tire feel, curbs, etc. were all completely dead.
It is back for Sport Mode races, but I have not tried a lobby yet. Fingers crossed.
I didnt know what that was so checked my GT7 settings and turned on vibration, what an annoying and seemingly useless feature I was missing.TGT2 had issues with the transducer, I think it got turned off by the problem.
If you had it off or not set to GT mode anyway you'd not notice (I prefer it off so no change for me) - else you just got lucky.
