I much prefer the later speed 12 over that thing that was clearly thrown into a partical accelerator, with a clam. The GT90 and Space F1 maybe but that Speed 12 model no longer exist
That particular Speed 12 (The Project 7/12) doesn't even exist anymore and technically, it was never ever a functional car anyway when it did as it was just a roller for shows while the GTS (AKA, the Race modification in GT2) competed in the Privilege GT Series. If my memory is correct, that show car was either cannibalized for parts or basically destroyed (bodywork and all).I want see it, but future updates, I want three legendary concept car from GT2 too strong
The rear wing screams that it isn’t to me. Also the length of the car, specifically from the back of the roof to the rear of the car looks too short. Look at the rear of the Maserati and compare to the silhouette, they don’t even look close, nor the hood or fenders. Focus where the fender transitions before the A pillar, not the same at all
The rear wing is dynamic, and in this case it's in the 70mph/not braking position (or the static but someone's pressed the "put the wing up" button position). Otherwise, literally every crease, seam, and panel gap is in the same place, even the really obvious one on the two-piece roof panel and the rear clamshell.
Quick and dirty comparison with FH5:

Again, every detail on the Maserati - down to the ridges on the bonnet, the tonneau nipples, the filler cap, the rear light - match:

You can even see the entire windscreen, with the first ridge rearwards of the bonnet being the body mounting and the second ridge being the top of the screen (and more tonneau nipples visible below it).
Everything fits on the 918, I think you are misinterpreting the reflections or let’s say interpret too much into it. It could also be The Weissach Version and the straight lines are the DecalI’m not sure what I should be seeing from the image here. The reflections shown in your image are largely those of the black ‘918 Spyder’ banner(?) on the wall, together with maybe a black part of the ceiling where the photo was taken that was not visible in it. I can’t see anything that contradicts with what I’ve said.
Okay. I guess we’ll have to see who’s right after the update has landed then.
They are new cars for players like myself who are fairly new to the series!3 cars for the next update is not good news. 36 cars a year means, then these cars are not even new they are old than the previous gt. I think we need to have a lot of new single player events. (more than 3) are you confident?
There was the original concept car, the Project 12/7, that became the Speed 12 which didn't have as aggressive aero and the Speed 12 GTS which closer resembled the 12/7 and competed in the Priviledge GT Series as your memory confirms. None of them exist anymore sadly, though reference data is available, I doubt we will see any of these officially appear in a racing game again. That particular Speed 12 (The Project 7/12) doesn't even exist anymore and technically, it was never ever a functional car anyway when it did as it was just a roller for shows while the GTS (AKA, the Race modification in GT2) competed in the Privilege GT Series. So, you've never seen the Weissach edition then?
He means they're not new in the real world. People want to drive the latest 2022 and 2021 models as well as the older stuff, but we're getting nothing. The 918, whilst a welcome addition, is from 9 years ago. Obviously they didn't have the Porsche license back then but it's the same with all the other additions. The only new road car they added so far was a BRZ clone..

There's the logical and time efficient way to do things, then there's the Kazunori way of doing things. With as much time that gets wasted navigating this game one would think Kazunori found the secret for never aging and living forever. One small update I'd like to see is the ability to change liveries within the garage. We shouldn't have to go to GT Auto > Car Customization > Livery Editor > Open Design > Choose Design > Apply Design. We should be able to just go into the design list from the garage, then pick whichever design we want at that time.
Hopefully never... We have too many in the game already. Hopefully they add things like the 812 Superfast, the F355, among others. Cars that... you know, actually exist and are usable?Speaking of VGT, when is Ferrari going to step up their game with their VGT?
Have to agree. The way races are laid out makes no sense. As you showed here in your post, GT Sport, the previous game, had the events well laid out... Basically how they are supposed ... like in literally every other Gran Turismo game.
NOT . EVEN. CLOSEFor me , the 918 and the 917 LL are quite similar , visualy and in term of performance. So i'm neutral , not happy or unhappy , just neutral.
This one ?I much prefer the later speed 12 over that thing that was clearly thrown into a partical accelerator, with a clam.
I can and I have. What we need is FFB update.
Once you played ACC, you cant go back to the numb FFB in GT7
Fictional, but still pretty cool. Plus there might be use for it in the next Live... oops, no spoilers allowedDidn’t recall there is a blue one.
Too late. That R30 has all the spoilers. Too warm for a coat. I’ll exit stage right.Fictional, but still pretty cool. Plus there might be use for it in the next Live... oops, no spoilers allowed
I do the same thing, lol. I'll look up cars from previous GT games to see if I can find a different color than the one offered. Then I'll make a livery based on the other color.Didn’t recall there is a blue one.

Now, I know what to do with the second one I buy.
That one, yes. I'd take that one over the prototype from GT2Hopefully never... We have too many in the game already. Hopefully they add things like the 812 Superfast, the F355, among others. Cars that... you know, actually exist and are usable?

Another brain-dead idea, to change a formula that simply WORKS and doesn't need any massive revamps, to something that makes it a lot harder to navigate into.
NOT . EVEN. CLOSE
Be it in terms of performance or looks. The 917 is its own car compared to the 918 Spyder.
It has 1000 horsepower compared to the 918's 880, it weights 1220kg compared to the 918's 1600kg+.
And... most importantly. The 918 Spyder is a car that made a mark in automotive history in supercar performance when it was released.
A car that exists and is loved by a ton of people. This is far more important than a car that didn't go past it's clay model stages like the 917 LL.
This one ?
Yeah, this would definitely be the Speed 12 I would want in the game. There are very old videos of a red one on goodwood, does this^ Speed 12 still exist?
Rb26 swap for the 180sx and sileighty for maximum dingersI’m all seriousness though, I think we need some RB26 swaps to be added!
It's not about agreeing about a car being a hypercar or not. The Porsche 918 Spyder is a Hypercar by definition.I also am excited to see the 918 Spyder, despite many people saying it not a hypercar, i strongly disagree, it a good car for its time, of hybridasaiton super power and looks pretty sweet too.
It's PD. They're historically slow. They originally said course maker would be in GT6 at launch, they finally delivered it 18 months later.I wonder if they're hitting a snag with selling cars. I suspect that the player's garage is somehow hard tied to the collection window, since we can't delete a car if we only own one. Maybe there is some foundational code where they've dug themselves into hole in how the garage and car collection work together? Just trying to work out why it's taking so long to implement such a simple feature.
Yeah, I guess the simple answer is often the most likely. It's PD. They're historically slow. They originally said course maker would be in GT6 at launch, they finally delivered it 18 months later.
Those are rookie numbers. You gotta pump those numbers up.I'm looking forward to the R30 Skyline DOHC turbo, that thing is old skool racing spec. I also am excited to see the 918 Spyder, despite many people saying it not a hypercar, i strongly disagree, it a good car for its time, of hybridasaiton super power and looks pretty sweet too.
Bring on this update and hopefully we can sell bloody cars, cause i got liek 10 nsx rally cars last time I checekd my garage.
That one, yes. I'd take that one over the prototype from GT2
