Are there any payout changes for other races?
Haven’t looked. Made a beeline to Subaru. Bought the cars and I’ve started the race.

No idea, hopefully PD could work on the other steering wheels on the next update.
I could be wrong, but I'd imagine they're fixing specific issues on those wheels (probably something to do with them being DD) rather than just doing general FFB improvements and limiting what wheels can get them. At least I hope so..

" - Adjusted the geometry calculations algorithm for the suspension. This has resulted in improved traction for rear-wheel drive cars and lessened reactions to weight transfer;"

So, does this mean that cars won't be spinning out after applying minimal throttle?
I hope this makes some licenses, missions and circuit experiences a little bit easier.

Maybe a silly question, but where is the Suzuki Cappuccino located in game? I've done the update, and bought the other 2 cars, but the Cap isn't in the dealership. Thanks for any insight.

waited until loading it up to form an opinion…

there’s really not much in this update. i would say the last update a few weeks ago offered more, at least to start.

I figured they would do one of the following here: add more offline events that pay similar to Le Mans/Sardegna (surely they could’ve added three more 30 minute events), or offer at least one Daily Race that offers users a chance to actually race the cars they are allegedly incentivized to upgrade.

They did neither of those things. the new race pays less per minute than the Sardegna/Le Mans (I’m not interested in the tomahawk thing, I enjoy testing out different cars) races. The three daily races are BOP. While it’s too early for me to say if they’ve corrected the single-make domination in Gr3/4 (*7/10 top race b times are atenzas)… I just fail to understand why Race A isn’t allowed to be interesting.

update: fortunately the clean race bonus for Le Mans is still fairly easy to get - the AI brake-checking and freight-training is just as bad as before. and another 2-Star ticket, which makes 10 in a row under four stars since becoming Level 50 lmao. At least I can hear the engines start up in the garage now! And I do think the 330P4 feels better now, which is something.

it is in the used car dealership from tomorrow.

I wasn’t expecting the world either but I and many others were expecting more than this, especially when we’ve seen that these other events exist from screenshots of press events.
I suppose that's the crux of it. I wasn't expecting anything, so I wasn't let down.

What I don't understand is how they aren't adding lots more events, and quickly. Not a programmer - but adding extra events seems like a relatively simple thing to do

That Porsche Cup has a 650 PP limit now. I saw the announcement just before the weekend and figured both the Porsche and Ferrari Cups might have gotten PP limits now. I guess it’s for the better. I wonder if all those other menu books have PP limits now. If they become fun races instead of Tomahawk farms that would be nice, they next step is to increase payments there as well.

Guess that race probably has ridiculously boosted AI from the Maggiore mission to justify the payout.
It definitely doesn't. Feels the same as Sardegna. It's also not BOP unlike Maggiore, so you can just bring whatever OP car you want to blast past the Gr.3 AI.
 - Adjusted the brake pressure control for all four brakes when entering a corner. As a result, the braking distance is reduced in general;

I guess rear-wheel drive cars won't be as tail happy as before, so this could be a major step in the right direction for better physics.
Yes - cars are MUCH more stable on throttle now. Maybe too much so, tbh.

Almost an entire month with nothing new to do...

3 new races.
Not championships, not more missions. Just 3 new SINGLE races.

What's even worse? We STILL DON'T HAVE GR.1 AND GR.2 RACES!!!!
Man better just stop it, I know most is are a little disappointed, but what you are doing is just ridiculous. You just give this game a rest if you are so dissatisfied with it and come back in some months, maybe by then you can enjoy it. In the meantime maybe play something else or just do something totally different that distracts and stops you getting angry about a GAME

I haven't looked (it's the middle of the night here and my wife is sleeping) but I would guess used car dealership?

Now we just need this for every other track in the game instead of staring at the pit crew idling for 3 decades.
I just checked, for now it's only this one apparently.
I'd also need to test what happens to other cars, do they still disappear or can you actually see them from the track now?

Did they sack the person who came up with original event names and concepts in the old games or something? Seems they just have a generic formula now.

[Geographic Location][Generic Race Name][PP][Cup]

The first and last two are seemingly optional. The hilarious part is that not one of the "World Touring Car" events actually has restrictions in line with Touring Cars.

In other news, the GT500 Supra now has Anti Lag System.
That alone makes this the best update ever

Desperately needed when the game makes such a big deal out of obtaining classic cars but give the players no chance to actually use them outside of a single one and done endurance mission.
Absolutely, but before they better also add some more classic cars that make sense to compete against each other
