I think as far as Leipzig is concerned its a case of " Move on,nothing to see here".

I'd say PD are holding their cards close to their chest until TGS.

That is what I think, PD is still proud of their graphics and car feel/physics/handling. Best sim out there.. so they should be proud :)
No new info until Tokyo game show.

You're probably right... Maybe they'll release "the big fall update" after that. One can only hope!

You would think we still have plenty of content coming with the late release date of the full GT5. I have no doubt it will be by far the finest GT game ever.

To keep the momentum, GT5P needs a substantial update before Christmas, otherwise it's in danger of falling out of favour for a good year or two with Forza 3 and Race Pro due on the 360, very tempting they are too.

If GT5P delivers with a big update, I'll not buy a 360, if nothing shows up, GT5P will be packed away and the 360 will be my driving console.

How about PC sim games? all Xbox has closest to a sim is Forza2, but still arcadey
So i would commentary PC sim games. there are many great ones.

I think he knows it's from last year since he put 07 in the search field... He probably meant to say "we did", and then post the trailer he had just mentioned
Yeah I miss-read it, happens a lot in my old age :dunce:.

I got GTR2,rfactor and GT Legends, they are great games! but i like to turn on my Console and play on my bed or in my "Racing Seat"... the online modes of the PC Sims are not so good i think... i mean for example the online Lap Records in GT5P,i love that feature in GT5P 👍 and its so simple to play online against other drivers... and it will be much much better in the future...

I agree on that. I had a lot more fun ONLINE with simple GT5P player matching then with NO accident GTR2 racing.
Just be patient. Patch will soon come with private rooms :)

Even if it is ONLY Private room patch, It will keep me busy for another few months to a year :)
We already have plenty of cars and race layouts to race on. At least for me

That really is the only thing we really need. I'm sure we can keep ourselves busy with a minor leagues then, until the full game comes and kills our social life.

That's what I've been saying since E3. Tokyo is their home town, so to not show anything off when they have a home advantage would be silly.

I've played PC sims for years but the community is too small and dispersed between multiple mods and tracks.

Race Pro is the first 360 game I'd consider buying that console for, I'd hope Forza 3 would also take steps to being more of a sim like GT5P.

I like hotlapping, the online rankings are great in GT5P, so many copetitors in every car, on the PC you're lucky if there are half a dozen people playing the same mod/track combination at any one time.

If GT5P add's a new roster of cars, including some real race cars, and one or two decent tracks, I'd be happy, plus of course more online options.

Mhh no news and tomorow is the last day... i think too that we get news at the tokyo game show...

I´ve played GT4 the last days and all i can say is that GT5 will be the greatest Racing Game ever!
So many details in GT4,yoa can play months to get all to 100% and i think GT5 will be much bigger than GT4...

But 2010 is really very hard, don´t know how we can wait up to 2 years to release...

Exacly, Private rooms will have Leagues created, 20+ lap endurance racing. I mean we do not need any more cars, we do not need any more tracks, maybe one will be good. But Private room will be heck more fun and enjoyable. As well it needs Voice chat :)

I definitely need new tracks :) If we had to choose between 3 new tracks for example and private rooms, I would actually go for the 3 new tracks :P ... But we'll probably get both a/some new track(s) and private rooms. If there's any god at all, that's what we'll get 👍

I wouldn't say NO to : Red Rock Valley, Apricot Hill or Midfield Raceway.. there were some good tracks made by PD and it would be easier for them to put some of them into the game..
And private rooms!!!
