Hey guys, I have something important to get to tonight, I can't guarantee that I'll be on tonight. Or if I am, it will be past 11:30 my time. I'll know for sure when the time gets closer, but if someone could be on standby and start the room, let me know. Thanks in advance.
I got stand by. I'll be home shortly and jump on

No problem. The boss is delaying my arrival at home now. Might be a few minutes after 11:30 guys

I wonder how the Nissan will stack up against the rest in the tight, slow speed sections... It's a little difficult getting the power down without burning off the rear tires ;)

all I know is the Aston Martin just wants to understeer no matter what I throw at it!! :nervous:

You can get away with making the back end of that car really stiff compared to the front. That was how I got away with running it. It's a little twitchy, but it'll take it.

I screwed up the race at my own request:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Dr. sorry for hitting on the left turn and sorry if I disturbed in the race to someone.:bowdown::bowdown:

Hey it is a race, and a video game race at that. At least we are not paying for our cars out of pocket or we'd all be in huge debt

you're right, but it's a terrible feeling to be the first, and by my stupidity finish 8.

nah your good Ares! was a racing miscommunication and if we look at it technically, you didn't give me damage, when I hit the wall trying to go to fast after being in the grass a bit I got damage, I only hope you didn't have much damage from the hit.

well I finished the race evening which was quite an accomplishment in itself. saw more good clean racing again!!

looking forward to next week as the Aston Martin should be better suited. to bad about the dc's. I usually clear my cache before each race. that might help.

It's a little later than I would like, but I wanna talk about next month.

I'd like for the next month to be a spec series while I figure out the rebirth of the touring car series I ran this time last year. (That's what the TC1 category is, for those wondering.) I have a few ideas I would like to try during some practices next week. Here are some of the cars I have a little bit of time with:

- Ferrari 458: current Ferrari Challenge specs, 462 hp (I recall 95% limiter with oil change), 1277 kg.

- Lamborghini Gallardo: current Lamborghini Super Trofeo specs. I'll get back to you guys on the specs, they escape me for the moment.

- Abarth 500: Idea I had not too long ago, 475 PP, 290 hp, 1035 kg. Full power mods added.

All of these cars drive very differently from what we have now. The Ferrari will be faster, but it is harder to drive. The Lambo is about the same speed, but acts differently because it's AWD. And the Fiat is FF and slower, but is a little closer to future TC1 specs.

What I would like to do is run a few rooms where people jump in, take these around, and see what they think. Dates to be announced soon, will be sometime next week. I don't have circuits totally figured out yet, because I'd like to wait and see what car we go with. But Monza and Rome will be involved, because of the accidental Italian theme I have going.

We seem to be good with the 20/60 minute races, so it looks like we'll keep that going for now. I am also leaning towards not having a team's challenge for next month.

And with a spec series, I will encourage people to share tunes with everyone for the inexperienced. I know I will be.

I like the idea of returning to the TC series,
I did not have too much contact with ferrari and lambo so on this topic, I can not comment too much,
Abart races also seem interesting, after two months with gentelemens cars it will by nice to slow down a little.

According to wiki. The Lamborghini is 570bhp and 1300kg

I'd be down for the Fiat! As for the 370, it's ridiculous how slippery it is off corners, maybe my setup is the reason for this, but it's fun as all getout!
