Thanks for the endurance race. It was thrilling and the feel of the Group C cars is just brutal, clear line between mechanical and aerodynamic grip with no smooth transition in between.

The first stint gave me a run for my car, the fight was intense and close. After that it's all up to the pit strategy and my mistakes of putting it in the grass that neutralized whatever advantage I had.

The following tweaks have been made to the lobby specs:

1. The lap count for Round 1 @ Dragon Trail (Gardens) has been reduced from 10 laps to 9.
2. The lap count for Round 5 @ St. Croix (B) has been reduced from 6 laps to 5.

Here’s tomorrow’s grid. Plenty of spots available in case anyone wants to join.

So I have Sunday Cup scheduled as the next event, which will be this upcoming Sunday (Easter). Given the current circumstances, availability for this may be a bit better than on a typical Easter Sunday, but I wanted to know your thoughts. Are any of you able to participate in the event this Sunday or should it be pushed back a week?

Also, on the Formula 1 front, this past Sunday’s event was a bit of a ghost grid, but I really enjoy the 80s style F1 car, so other events will be planned around that machine. They’ll consist of more “tour” style events featuring certain regions of the world. I also want to do another endurance race not unlike Group C where we vote on a track/settings to emulate a Grand Prix race (53 laps at Suzuka Circuit, for example), so I’ll be gauging overall interest for that.

The classic F1 event was a good one, though it was only two of us on track but the battle was rough and tough!

Do put me tentative for this Sunday's event, I'm more than happy to participate. Depending if the rest would like to have the long weekend for themselves or more online time, it might be a decent one. Having a endurance race would be fun as well, but probably once in a while if the grid gets dull.

Added.

The Upcoming Events section has been modified again. On 4/19, we have another F1 sprint series. This replaces the Clubman Cup event that I had as a placeholder for a few weeks. Just need to finalize the race conditions. We're still on for the Group C sequel at Le Mans on 4/26.

I'm looking forward to that tomorrow.

I was thinking of suggesting a 'Free-for-All/Yourself' themed weekend, where we would race for ourselves to the flag and try to wreck others away. Sounds tad dirty, but it should spice something up.

Yeah, we can probably do something like that next month.

Sorry, I'll have to withdraw from tonight's races due to unexpected circumstances. Will look forward to next event.
