Not happy with the two 60s Le Mans cars being a ridiculous 20 million credits each!

That's far too much money even if you play the game a lot. This is my stats to put into perspective just how much 40 million is.

Level 34
Play time - 79 hours
Time driven - 51 hours
Distance driven - 5168 miles
Days logged in - 50
Cars purchased - 13
Value of cars purchased - 8.5 million (I've got almost the complete GR1 collection)

Prize Money earned so far - 13.9 million

Going at the 278,000 credits a day I've earnt it's going to take me another 125 days of play to earn the remaining 35 million credits required.

Not playing it right lol...play all the different modes get golds if you cherry pick and don't put in more hours you won't get the cash/cars
 
I couldn't help but notice that Monza, and the new versions of Maggiore were not added to Circuit Experience.

I didn't think combined Kyoto would be because you're literally just mashing two tracks together.

Monza is a totally new track, and the Maggiore changes are much greater than the Kyoto addition.

Just woke up and actually have the day off, update installed and I'm pumped to get my hands on some of the new cars .. but STILL getting this :ouch::ouch:

This is start of day 4 if I'm not mistaken, where I can't connect. PSN works fine otherwise and other games have no issues.

Starting to get pretty frustrated :(

Their BoP adjustments (or lack there of) make no sense to me. Why do they continue to ignore cars that desperately need a boost in Gr3 to keep up with the 911s and M6s? Like the Hyundai? Subaru? Mitsubishi? 458? Huracan? Alfa? GTR? I just don't get it.

Also those $20,000,000 price tags are just ridiculous. I've spent countless hours playing this game, I havent had to purchase a vehicle since probably level 20 due to all the cars I received from the daily rewards. I've completed the campaign 100%. And still I've only accumulated 12 mil. I refuse to dedicate my life to grinding up 40,000,000. For those that do, more power to you. I value my time more than that.

Overall the update is nice but theres a couple things as always that just make you scratch your head.

4th day here aswell. Do you have second account? I just started GT Sport for the first time with my old account and it worked fine, no problem connectin. Then i moved back to my main account and it was stuck in starting screen for few minutes and then couldn't connect to servers. What is going on?

In GT5 GT6 a premium Supra would had a couple of aftermarket kitss and probably 900+ hp with Stage 3 Turbo. Which is the whole point of having a Toyota Supra in a videogame. There's a livery editor but GT Sport now needs aftermarket parts for classic tuning cars.

Along with the Twitter post, the Facebook post and the PS Blog post, you're posting in the thread for the GTPlanet blog post and ALL of them tell you it's an N500 car...

It's the original, pre-GT6, non-Vision GT FT-1 Concept Car. It's not a Gr.3 Road Car, or a de-liveried anything.

Well, apparently, all those outlets were wrong. It's a Gr.X car, which is exactly what I feared. It should have been N500, but, oh well. Pointless addition.

And the 20mil credits for the 330 and the XJ? 20mil for Gr.x cars?

I REALLY REALLY hope Gr.X get's dropped in the future and cars get re-categorized.
 
I haven't seen anyone mention BoP updates, anyone know where I can find them? If it's listed in the update notes in game, I can wait till I get home from work to see them.

Edit: is it possible that one account is somehow corrupted as my main account wont let me check my notifications, search psn players, create party chat or connect to GT Sport.

I have other account that I haven't used with GTS, might check it later when I fire up the PS4 tonight if I still can't log on. However everything works fine on my community profile. I can browse the activity feed, add decals to my collection and so forth. Just can't log on in game. Crossing fingers and hoping it works tonight when I'll try again :)
 
I have a little problem, which 20 mill car should i buy? I remember from GT 5 and 6 that the Jaguar was hard to beat with the Ford or the Ferrari, but the jaguar did never race and the Ferrari did, it even won Le Mans race on Monza, so i'm a bit torn between which car to buy, because if i buy one of them, i have to wait a long time before i can afford the other :embarrassed:.
Is the Jaguar still close unbeatable when you race against it in the Ferrari 330 P4?

I bought the Ferrari 330 P4, so now i'm broke, but happy :D.

To others, it dosen't matter, because since it is a Gr.X car, it is One-Make only in the Custom Race, so we don't race against the Jaguar XJ13.... if i knew this before i bought the car, i'm not so sure i had bought it at all.

And it's only worth 6 mill credits if we sell it again...

So... Whats about PSVR improvements...? Im talking about a time Trial Mode, unlocked driving assistances, dificulty options for 1v1 races... I mind, just essentials things. It is a shame I think, the only reason why I do not purchase a copy of GTS yet is because those littles things.
 
So no new tracks then, just more layouts of an existing one?

A bit misleading to say "new tracks" then init.

Haven't been able to try it, have a long morning and afternoon today, can't wait to try it later today. Although saw a video of the Diablo GT and it actually sounds like a proper V12, loving it. That's going to be my first purchase.
