Thanks man i'll check it out!!While in photo mode > camera settings, under the first tab ( the tabs on the right of the screen) there is a second tab set by default to off. Switch that on and it will ask you to select a car to lock the camera on. I hope you'll understand, or maybe someone will explain to you better.
Am I the only one who dislikes the excessive use of flashing headlights? It’s abused so much as a way to distract other racers.
I agree but I guess you’d get a reprimand in real life if you used it inappropriately, no? Especially if we ever get a night race in Sport Mode. It's not distracting me, but some players use it even if they don't have to. But it's better to have this option along with the blinkers.
He's on my friends list, don't know if he has an account here tho. He's pretty fast.Anyone know if EVO_xDrifterx has a GT Planet account? Had some good bumper to bumper races with him.
Now that my safety rating is S and my driving rating is B, Im kind of bored of sport mode.
My suggestion is for PD to add a points system for every round of of Sport races, with driver scoring groups based on their DR rating.
12 pts for finishing a race first, 11 for second, etc. 3 pts for every position you gained by the end of the race. 2 pts for leading the most laps. 4 pts if you run a completely clean race. 2pts for setting fast lap. etc etc
I think we need a system like this, because at the moment theres not much reason for me to continue running sport races. Once you've done all the current races 4-5 times theres really no drive to keep going. This points system encourages you to keep racing to try and climb the leaderboard.

If you have a limited time per day to play thats a bad idea. With only 2-3h(per day) in the week to play I didn't even sort out my setup at the Nurburgring yesteday. Changes twice per week are the max they should do so the working people still have a chance to compete. It would help if they changed the track/cars more often. Also, points for overtaking would be a bad idea because people would just purposely set bad times.
They're using them correctly then.Am I the only one who dislikes the excessive use of flashing headlights? It’s abused so much as a way to distract other racers.
Or they could announce the schedule each week so you can deliberately pass your turn on some races and prepare for others (e.g. practice Tuesday & Wednesday for Friday or Saturday race). This way you have more time per race to practice and tweak setup.
As there are no point scoring, there are no real downside if you only enter 1 race on 2 or 3.
Or you just happened to be online when there were enough drivers of your exact rating to fill a single lobby.Seems like the matchmaking is starting to work properly now. Finally had some races where everyone matched my DR- D and SR-S. Got my first pole position and won 2 races having only finished no higher that 5th before. All on the Kyoto GR4 track driving the Cayman and T300RS. Best time still 3 seconds off the best in the world. I managed a 1.46.02, but know I can go a few tenths quicker in some of those sectors. How's everyone else been doing on this track?
it will recalcute when you change your fuel map, anytime you change it.Strategic question. When I pit and refuel, the number of estimated laps I can do with a given amount of fuel, it that always with fuel mapping 1? Or whatever mapping I have set at the moment I enter the pits?
Thank goodness I don't play all the time, because I would probably succumb to the server issues all of you have been having...
