Should be pointed out studios are run as independent businesses within SIE. The publisher receives revenue from sales. Then allocates budget to the studio.

Well with the current exchange rate its not that much. But again you pay taxes from it so you avoid declaring too much.

Shout gtplanet YouTube for uploading this. It interesting looking back kaz concept idea on the presentation. Most this idea have been make in GTsport and online play. I wonder the next online future sport mode if they update with this concept haven't use it yet. I like the idea FIA license test online feature to make people follow the rule before racing online. I want to see soon. Lol

I made a thread about this very presentation well over a year ago and how most of the goals that Mr. Yamauchi wanted to accomplish at that time were finally accomplished with the release of Gran Turismo Sport. Granted, not everything was brought forward at once, but everything on that list has been featured in Gran Turismo 5, 6 or Sport.

Also, yes; a special thanks to @Jordan for reuploading that time capsule of a video. 👍

All this nurburgring talk/leaks made me want to play something different

5 laps around the Nurburgring 24h anyone?
fuel and tires set to max consumption, realistic damage. To shake up things i picked up the GR.B Focus against Gr.4 cars in a super taikyu/multi class attempt extravaganza.

Gotta say that the 4WD helped A LOT on the ring, especially during the most intricate sections. Unfortunately i took a few hits, highly affecting my max speed in the last straight.

I would always lose a few positions on the last straight only to regain them during the course. Remove some power not to be too OP while running on the circuit. The car is incredibly responsive, i thought i'd suffer more to end the race: with some suspension adjustment you get a competitive track car with better fuel management and fast corner carver. Go figure.

"We were involved in the toyota Supra before it had even left the drawing board. At the internal design presentation it was actually shown using gran turismo. They already had a running version in GT to show to Toyota President Akio Toyoda.During the presentation Toyoda-san was able to just sit down and start driving"- Kaz

WHAT THE FRIDGE?:eek::eek:

They need to make GT great again.
The only way PD is going to make GT great again, is to release a real Gran Turismo game. By the way I am finish playing GTS now because there is nothing to do in the game. I even tried starting a new game to see if I can get motivated to keep playing, but with no avail so I just have to wait for the real thing.

I'd agree here. With each new monthly DLC I get maybe 2-3 weeks of good daily 30 mins of workout. Try to stretch the content far.

But once I'm done there's not that much to do mainly due to the rigid custom race parameters.

I would dearly love to race just Group C cars but cant.

GT Sport relies almost fully on online play. Those that don't like to play online will not get good use out of it.

Official Wet Track footage:

It's nice and all, i wont deny, but i am more in the camp of ''wishing more tracks like Spa come back into GT"...

i dont disagree with either one of you, but again.... i have always thought there are close to an infiinite number of waaysss you can enjoy GT, i have not yet been able to get bored with a GT game...

Interesting. As someone with an especially sweet spot for touring cars, I feel that a selection of TCR vehicles would be ideal for Gr.4. After all, didn't the TT Cup initially compete in the 2015 International Series?

Yes for more Touring cars !!! Such an underated field from GT all these years...

The fact we once raced "BTCC" cars in the franchise, still burns my passion for TC, in GT. Having the Atenza, WRX and Lancer Gr.4 is a pacifier until, we possibly get the fastest growing global series in TCR.

Don't forget the Scirocco and the original Gr.4 Megane! M4 might also count if you take into consideration the Super 2000 BMWs of old...
