Question: As of this most recent update, which events in GT League still only have three rounds? It looks like Z Heritage is one of them. I'm asking because I think the events with only three rounds are likely to get additional rounds in the future, given that most of the events are "capped" at seven rounds, with only a few exceptions like the J-Sports Meeting, the Ferrari event, and the Gr.2 event.

EDIT: Looks like the events with just three rounds are mostly in the beginner league, including the event for rotary engines...and that's it. But it looks like there are still a decent amount of events with only five rounds. So I don't think it's likely that every single event is gonna reach the new potential maximum of nine rounds, nor that we'll see an event get over nine rounds in itself. With this in mind, I could still see a lot being added, as far as tracks/cars go. For those two events with just three rounds, I could see the S30 and Z34 being added, or perhaps some tuned variants of the Fairlady Z, given that the Fugu Z is eligible for the Z Heritage event. For the Passion of Dr. Wankel, we could see the slightly older series 6 RX-7 FD, the RX-7 SA, or perhaps both generations of the RX-8, or even the Cosmo Sport. There's nothing to indicate that it's only for Mazda rotaries, either, so I think the Mercedes C111/I concept would also be eligible, too.

I'm more worried whether Mount Panorama will ever see another GT League event. So far it's only featured in the series for hatches and there's also an endurance event. It's ridiculous.

Haven’t played GTS in a couple months. Turned it on today to check out Spa and was really happy I did. Great version of the circuit and I forgot how intuitive the driving is in this game with a wheel.

This has been bugging me for as long as I've had this game, so since 2017, but the instrument cluster on the F-Type, was that on the 2014 model year F Type R coupe, or a later model? I'd really like to know

Haven't played the game since 2017. Came across a random video on YT that has me wanting to jump back in and finally get into online races. Is the penalty system still a mess?

Not sure. Didn’t do any online racing. Just tested a handful of cars on Spa. To be honest I never really had a problem with the penalty system myself though.

Minor question: does GT acknowledge how a given 4WD model may have different biases, and therefor not have power equally distributed to both axles? I think various 4WD Lamborghini models had a rearward bias, as does the Audi R8.

Also, does GT potentially simulate how different AWD systems may operate per vehicle? It seems like there’s a lot of different, proprietary ways an AWD system can work. And what if there’s a 4x4 vehicle in GT, which would likely still be given that generalized “4WD” label? Would its respective power distribution still be simulated?

Finally, should FMR have its own designation in GT? Especially for cars like the Aston Martin Rapide. Cars with this label could still be eligible for the FR Challenge, much like how some 4WD cars like the Veyron are still eligible for the MR Challenge due to their engine placement.

The Subaru VHT has vectoring AWD. I haven't driven it, but if you can afford it, maybe try that.

I remember goodwood and willows spring the track patches did not need maintenance or update! I hope that this maintenance will allow to use the wipers of the rear window!

So many changes at Playstation. I wonder what will be the future of Polyphony Digital. They should try another genre with Poly, racing games are now more a niche than mainstream (except Forza Horizon).

Oh boy can't wait to play more samey third person movie game from Sony next gen /s.
Hopefully this doesn't mean they would focus less on Japanese games. These Hollywood-esque games from Sony this generation are tiring already even Yoshida is distancing himself from AAA games.

Honestly, I don't believe anything will change at PD, like Kaz stepping down as so many here wants (). For one, he's a bit too deeply embedded within the automotive and racing industries (remember, it was the FIA that approached him to focus on Esports, not the other way around) at this point, so... yeah.

Plus, the whole Esports thing fits in perfectly with Jim Ryan's focus on globalizing PlayStation, as it brings people from around the world to compete and all. Given this, it also wouldn't surprise me if Jim went all in on Esports and started applying it to games with a multiplayer component, such as Uncharted.
