Why do you so sure about that? Sony can just show the trailer like they did with GT6 3 years ago.
If you mean what people can play GT Sport there, it's definitely not the right thing for "victory".

They only win here is going to the players, that is, if you're not just bound to one console. If that's the case, then what Horizon is doing is irrelevant, as said people won't be able to even try it.. Not sure why there is something that has to be "won"

There will always be a war somewhere. It's been going on since the 80's. With two rival companies producing racing games for their home systems. Even if they aren't the same style of racing game (Open world vs Esports) someone somewhere will still compare them, no matter how useless.

After the FH3 trailer and all the new features, Poly has to produce an amazing trailer to hype the casual/pad players. I'm still excited for GTsport but there are too many unknown features like the offline.

For me it's less casuals the better. Those are the ones who cut corners, ram others and turn track day lobbies into boring drag lobbies. If they want to actually get better at racing, then they'll buy the game. That's how I hope it'll be; no skill compression whatsoever.

I have to agree. I love GT, don't get me wrong, i love it a LOT, but that FH3 trailer made GT Sport look about 10 years old in comparison. With each new iteration of Forza i see in the news section of this site, i wonder why the hell i've been missing out on all this stuff over the years. Methinks i need to get me one of them lovely new xbox slims... If only THEY'D support the G27 ( I waited WAY too long to buy one. By the time i forked out the money for it, Logitech went and jumped onto PS4, with no looking back. Ouch to my wallet ! :( )

Comparing GTS with FH3 makes no sense, since the only thing in common both have is... cars. What's next? BF1 vs Fallout 4 because both have weapons?

Perhaps it happened earlier and I didn't notice.
But I see that the main page of the official website now has the top section dedicated purely to 'GT Sport News'.

Anyway, I had a read of one of the race reports, and this caught my eye.

"The Subaru (WRX Gr.3) which started at the back of the pack switched to Yamada midrace and began to fly up the positions at an incredible rate. Despite this however he ended up driving too hard and had an accident on the carousel on the final lap pushing into 3rd place Taneichi driving the BMW Z4 GT3. Kazunori Yamauchi, watching from the side-lines, let out a gasp as he watched the unfortunate sight of one Japanese player taking out another.
Race control looked heavily upon this mistake and gave the Subaru (WRX Gr.3) a 10 second penalty on the cars finishing time. Yamada went on to apologise to Taneichi for inflicting the first penalty worthy mistake on him in the history of 'Gran Turismo Sport'."

Bad thing, I will miss almost 1 hour of the stream due to college. Good thing, at least, even with the whole Straya and (beep), FH3 will NEVER gonna have this baby!! ♥

I feel like @Samus' earlier question on your status is just as relevant now.

Why do you insist on some sort of childish one-or-the-other attitude? With so many driving games set for release this year – GT Sport, FH3, Assetto Corsa, F1 2016, WRC 6, who knows what else – the real winners are all of us.

I know the REAL WINNERS are all of us, yeah, I said fanboy-ing things before in this thread, it's because I let myself go from other things that went possitive to me these days, and I sorry for that, sometimes the excitment of other things could make me make wrong things. I KNOW FH3 it's not a "sports" franchise, even more, I'm really excited for it (that's why I left my comment on the article)! Makes me want to have an Xbone. And I'm not a PS fanboy! (I could already being banned if that were the case) I'm just a gamer, that's it. So, sorry for the last few posts I did. I wasn't my intention, all I want to do now it's enjoy the Sony conference, just like all of us :). But again, sorry.

No, I don't, I like variety! One thing it's that I like PS a bit more than Xbox or PC, or Nintendo, and other it's "PS IS THE KING!! (beep) THE OTHER CONSOLES!!". And yes, I only have one console so far (and a PC), but that doesn't make me a fanboy of that system or PC. And it will never. And I'm a guy, my photo-avatar it's Christina Grimmie (the girl who got shot and killed in Orlando a day before the nightclub shooting) I used one of her photos as an avatar in a way of tribute :)

It's barely even a console war any more now that every game outside of GT is cross-platform. Racing game fans won so hard, every single one of them.
Anyways, I was considering staying up for the conference but I'm actually super tired and someone made a good point in which there might only just be the same trailer again. Here's hoping that isn't the case, but I won't find that out until tomorrow. :boggled:
