E3 2013 they had a reason,GT6 was a PS3 game coming out while they were promoting PS4. This however, it's their first next-gen game due out in a matter of months, and it doesn't even get name-checked? Just a blink and you'll miss it snapshot at the end?

Instead they showed off games without finished titles and minimal game play that are clearly years off.

Bizarre.
Compared to the Microsoft/XBox presentation?

Chalk and cheese my friend.
Chalk and cheese.

Shooters, zombies and forest everywhere. No love for racing games :P

Yep, it's sad. Sony seemingly have zero interest in them, they shut down one studio and didn't give any air time to the other. It's not looking great for race fans who only own a PS4, people definitely need to branch out.

Not showing GTS was the best way to keep it a system seller.

That is some...interesting logic. Care to explain?

I'm, er, not sure what MS has to do with what I said? Did they neglect to mention a first party title due out soon in favour of games years away as well?

Amazing show and great music by GOW team. But I cannot believe they did not mention GT. I know Kaz is biased towards green hell and European region is more popular. Racing games are dying here but still some people probably do not even know GTS is a game or coming in November. Why spend so much money in London, tokyo event and not even mention the game is the biggest gaming show :banghead:

I'd like to point out that E3 continues all week. Just because it wasn't shown extensively tonight, doesn't mean it's not at E3.

That's probably really likely that it won't be though. If it's not a big piece, then they'll have it only as small mentions like "oh yeah, these are the other games" and forget about them.

It's too niche for the general point of view. An e-sport, a niche, wrapped in yet another niche, a racing sim.

Except....

GT sport has a booth too if I do remember. Because someone posted a photo a while back here...

Plus PS Blog confirmed Kaz would be on the show floor with gameplay.

Figures. PD doing what PD do best...

Consciously choosing to showcase the E3 trailer early and not partaking in the briefing as such isn't something I recall Polyphony doing often enough for it to be regarded as a prominent reoccurring trait.

Fantastic indeed.
Elephant in this particular room ... no GT Sport.

We have already seen the early release of the E3 clip.
It's been at Copperbox, Nurburgring, Tokyo.
Will likely be at Le Mans and Goodwood.

Disappointing right now?
Sure.

But that was an excellent E3 presentation.

GT seems to be an after-thought in the world of PlayStation. There was about 1.5 seconds of GTS shown in the final sizzle video.

I guess we would have to keep alert these two days if something happens, remember Kaz always likes to show GT standalone, so basically. Even if the conferences are done, there's still a posibility
