There's a way to make FF car to lift off oversteer into a corner, butafter I talked with one of my PSN mate, we realized that the auto clutch/blip ( Stick ) and clutch/driveline simulation like engine braking effect/engine compression ( wheel/stick ) on different controller input also a factor to lessen the chance of it happen. We need to remember that the rear stepping out is also aided by the driver steering input/sometimes intention by the driver, not just sudden lift off the throttle and the spring/damper setup used. The AI stoppie, that was funny everytime I saw them, physics glitch ? or intentional by PD ?
This can be done ( oversteer entry without e brake of course, just steering, brake/lift, no tricks or exploits ), some drifts with FF

Anyway, not all FF cars in real have this natural tendency in every situation, well, depend on how the driver too
You will rarely see Best Motoring drivers have it, even when pushing hard stock Honda CRX Del Sol on gymkhana course with inner rear wheel lifting doing very sharp sudden braking/turn, but still composedly tracking the line. The old FF Celica was worse, it just understeer city when thrown around, this also on FTO, Eclipse GT and Fiat Coupe Turbo gymkhana tests driven by Nakaya-san.
I have some FF car in the works ( Mugen Civics ), but it's best to discuss this in our PM.
