Yep. pCars controller setup is another challenge on pair with racing itself.

not sure where to post this, so I'll give it a try in this general topic.
Is this a known bug/cheat/issue?
Just did some races and in one specific race immediately after the start one racer (Polo_GT6) parked his car and each lap he drove in reverse. The race ended but this Polo_GT6 was still driving backwards over the track. Then see what happens with the ranking. I attached some screenshots. It constantly says "bezig"(=busy) behind the username but he worked himself up in the ranking??? See also all the times of the other players are shuffled in the ranking. This happens when Polo_GT6 worked his way up. Finally when he was at the third place (after about 15 minutes of waiting) I got an error message "connection broken due too long inactvity". Bye bye race....
I mention Polo_GT6 not to name and shame him/her but to pay attention in ranking so you can see in the screenshots this user goes from 14 --> 10 --> 4th place. Do not know if this action was on purpose or that he/she had e.g. networkissues?? See also that e.g my ranking goes from 6-4-2 and the race already ended?
Does anyone else experienced this in a race? Hopefully also someone of PD reads this. I cannot submit bug reports due to error messages via the PS4 and PC forum.

Had that the first day, but could send an bug report. Since then its fixed. Stupid thing maybe but try the link that you got with the "welcome to the beta" email.

What's really funny is I said that there are dominant cars ever since I tried the beta online. Though the GR.3 Nurburgring is a little more competitive.Careful. Almost sounds like you're saying PD didn't do a very good job balancing the N300 class

Yeah, we still have zero indication as to when release will be. Which is very disappointing considering we are three weeks short of 6 months since the November '16 planned release. When I heard about the beta I was optimistic that it may release soon after but after having played the beta I'm less optimistic.

Did some racing last night and I will say I have to take back my stance on rolling starts. Now having started against a pack of GTR's lol, I'm all for a rolling start. I put the time in to qualify well and NOT to race in the midpack. So yeah there's no proper racing against these guys, if you check out the 1st video you'll see it riddled with WAAC (win at all cost) drivers. It makes for some great coming back through the pack race-craft footage.

I saw you try and run a guy out of road 50 seconds into the first video and spin yourself out. Is that the sort of win at all costs you're talking about? I know that stuff flies in Formula 1, but it generally doesn't in other motorsports. You have to leave the other guy enough room to at least stay on the road.

God, it's so disheartening to push your skills to the limit while hot lapping, and only seeing red split times. I have a TON of room to improve on Dragon Trail, but I rarely get close to my best lap of 1.44.444 and even then, the top drivers are at 1.38.
It feels dirty but I've been raising ride height and softening springs and dampers, for those kerbs.
