JGTC and LM-GT1 R33 GT-R were pretty much (visually) identical.

Okay, I can't really argue with that. Aside from headlights, I always assumed the TC was more influenced by the JGTCs due to its aero (also for having "Touring Car" in the name). The wing and front splitters seemed simlar to the R33 JGTC aero at the time.

Eh, we'll see what happens, but I'm betting they're just going to add the R33 TC. I could be wrong, because they've done things I couldn't have predicted, but that Roadster TC just tells me they're going to add the Touring Cars as is.

Well it seems Mazda mx5 cannot be gr.4 car. Why? Take a look at the tires. If you look closely they are sport tires. Psn store pictures are always with default tires so it cant be gr.4 because all gr.4 cars default tires are racing hard. If its gr.x then again a car like this default tire would be racing tires which says this car will n class car very likely.

Good catch. It would really stupid if they put a Touring Car in N class and kind of a waste if they put it in Gr.X. Gr.4 would be a good fit for it. It's going to need about a 150-175% power increase to be competitive though since it starts with 198hp and Gr.4 B.O.P. is ~350-425hp. It being really light (795kg) but likely having an aero advantage over most of the other cars will probably balance it out to having around the same power as them.

Or we'll just have to have Roadster TC cups in Gr.X with Sports Soft tires as the default.

The '97 EK9 was a pleasure to drive in GT5/6 (the RM model even more so) so I can't wait to have a go!

Just a shame there's not really a selection of proper 15" rims nor any period correct designs that'd suit.

Four cars leaked on the PS Store could either mean a four-car pack for the next update (unusual when compared to previous updates), or a five-car pack with one car above the Cr2.000.000 limit for real money purchases. The 10M part is just an optimistic guess, I assume.

Cars worth up to Cr10m can be purchased with real money from PS Store. This has been the case for months now.

If one or two 10M cr. + cars are featured,... or the 1954 Maserati A6GCS Spider.

I’m really liking the Porsche and Mazda, the Honda’s not so much... especially the Civic... most people who drive those here put on sewer sized fart cans, butt ugly body kits and a stereo system with more power than the engine under the hood...

The updates are slowing down there is no doubts about it. But its a good sign if more work goes to next title. But i dosent mean we Only get 4 cars in this update. There could be 1 or 2 more that cost over 2 mil. The Porsche 930 is a turbo. So it could be up there with the 996 gt3 max Power of 500 hp or even 600 if we are lucky enough. Now when more porsches seems to come in carrera gt would be Nice. Its the Porsche that i wants the most. And i do miss the 2 corvettes C5 z06 and c6 zr1.

That's one of the best things about GT to be honest - The chance to enjoy older JDM cars as intended by the manufacturers while most remaining real world examples have been modified beyond repair. Embrace it.

True, most cars are best as intended, some could use some actual functional improvements though...
