What was the limit credit again in GT sport for using real money? Last I remembered it was 2 million credits...

I can't remember any car from GT6 of that value pending to appear ok GTS, so there are 2 chances:

A) 4 cars update
B) New car over 10M, could be a Pebble beach winner or (Let me dream XD ) another classic car like the Porsche 917K

I wish it was the 917...!
But from past GTs there's at least the GT40 Le mans winner and, I think, the 2J and 2D, so...

And wich car from GT6 cost more than 10 million?

The only car above the threshold from GT6 was the '69 Ford GT40 with the Gulf livery, however, the Shelby Daytona was priced at only 4.5 million, so there could be others getting a price bump. Looking through the list it looks like the only real contenders would be the Chaparrals (2D & 2J). So IF there's a new 10+ mil car coming, it's either one of those three or something new. So far there hasn't ever been any new-to-franchise Pebble Beach winners added post launch, I suppose there's nothing stopping that from changing, but patterns are patterns. I stand corrected, it could be a new Pebble Beach winner.

**EDIT**

I've just checked the GT5 price list and the Chaparrals were above 10 mil in that game, 12.5 for the 2D and 15 for the 2J. There were also the Ferrari F1 cars but I don't think those are likely.

Ford GT40 Race Car '69 20m credits is the last remaining high priced car from GT6 that will probably come to GTS.
*****There was also the Jaguar XJ13 Chromeline for 20m credits but I do not think PD would ever use it in GTS.

We don't even have the first ever K20 (last "good" NA 4cyl Honda engine) Civic Type R yet (EP3).

I only want one so I can spend months doing liveries and then getting my real life EP3 wrapped like it xD !
The only other Civic Type R we need is the FD2.

The best of the bunch.

Yup and it was a fun one. Maximizing the potential of the car was enjoyable
Yep. Just GT6’s lighting was godawful and the engine sound just earraped you to hell. Hopefully they either give it the correct 2 Rotor sound or make it sound like a 4-Cylinder

When I signed into my twitter account, a notification showed that Kaz liked the photo in the GT Sport tweet, showing the new cars. Maybe no silhouette this time.

Doubt that's enough to stop him from doing his usual silhouette tease (it hasn't in the past). There could be a 5th car that has yet to be revealed as well, so the teaser might still be in play.

Ohhhh, is that what people here are posting about a 10mil car? I thought it was someone joking,

Did he not post the teaser AFTER the update once too?

Looking forward to those cars :) Nice.

With regards to some kind of rain patch, if it all, I am hoping that it isn't coming just yet as I think it certainly needs more work. Those leaked replays/live feeds looked wonderful in terms of the track puddles etc, but the in-car rain effect on the windscreen...i have to say... Of all the current gen racing titles, regardless of games machine etc, Gran Turismo easily has the worst looking rain effects. GT's just doesn't move correctly and also is missing some real polish effects like streaking water or pooling water in places. It's a shame as it looks a little archaic now.

It's been like that since GT5. Back then it looked pretty great, but it's been surpassed even by one of the PS4's oldest games, DriveClub.

So I have fingers crossed that they're unhappy with it and are improving it still. I'll be happy with the current rain effect, but I'd be over the Moon if they can even bring it up to DriveClub standard :)

I agree about rain since they only have a month to make run on special hardware.

Was he a race driver or someone reputable at the FIA championship event? because some of the information he's providing is weird. There's clearly spray and raindrops in the direct-feed footage as well as offscreen footage of the drivers. it's not something you can fake with a screen overlay given the way it looks, especially with spray alpha particles being lit up by other cars headlights. Plus we knew they were working on rain a year ago after it was decided between static or dynamic weather.

They may have just had different builds of the game at the event.
