Have they ever raced the X2019 at the Nurburgring 24h layout before? It seems like such an insane combination, I just may have to tune in.

EDIT: Also, has it always been the X2019 (and before that, the X2014) for every Nations Cup Grand Final for the GTWS/FIAGTCs? Just curious. I could see it making sense since the car takes a sizable amount of skill to drive well with, it's not really associated with a given manufacturer, and it's got a unique look to it. I suppose I just wonder what could end up taking the X2019's place since I don't think Newey is going to design an "X2024" or something, and I don't see the GTWS/FIAGTCs sticking with the X2019 forever. Even the name of the car itself tells me it's got a limited shelf life, as much as I like it otherwise.

For 2020 World Finals, they used the RX-Vision GT3 and for 2021, they used the Ford GT LM Spec II Test Car.

(Huh, I also share the same thinking that the X2019 is now five years old this year.)
