Really? I haven't heard anything from him all day while he said he'd call tonight. Right now it's a little over 2am here, 1am there and his phone is switched off so I don't think he's going to make that phonecall tonight. After reading your post, I started to get a little tensed... Everything okay, I hope?

Yes, he is fine. They have removed some of the gravel traps where they are working on the new pit lane for the Moto GP circuit, so after the recent rain, if you go off then instead of going through the gravel you nose dive into a swamp No harm done except to the look of the car, which was up to its eyebrows in mud.

To be fair to Dan, I wouldn't know Rob Barff's face if I fell over it - though I'm very familiar with the name, having watched GT racing for some years. It may not have been him to which he was referring though - there were a lot of people and names to get used to in a very short space of time, and the "media interviews" weren't conducted by the judges, but by the media and Jardine International (the event publicists).
