im hearing gt6 release date is Bathurst weekend and will be in conjunction with an aussie gt academy and nismo Australia starting up. sounds credible but
 
Podium for Bryan and BJ at Road America today. They led most of the race but I think they had a flat or something in the 2nd half which put them way behind. Hard to tell just watching the live timing. Thankfully a bunch of cars had to pit at the end for fuel (according to team facebook pages) and the got a strong P3 finish out of it. 👍
 
They took on fuel with about 45 min to go and needed a yellow.Bryan also had the fastest lap in the race by almost 1 sec.His teammate didnt have the same pace but did a good job driving back thru the field.If that race was 2 laps longer they would have won.

Now its time that Nissan steps up and gets serious about the GT Academy program and puts together a full time 2 car team.If not I hope that this performance opened someones eyes at RA and somebody gives Bryan a real shot to drive.

I was at the track all day today. Bryan drove a really good race, had great pace and seemed to stretch the lead every green flag lap he drove.

From what we could tell the team didn't do their driver change under caution with the rest of the leaders and I think ended up doing it under green. Could be wrong on that though. Either way they made a green flag stop putting them maybe 40 seconds behind and they made up all of it but the final 10 or so under green. They were obvious class of the field.

It was a lot of fun watching the car make up ground and positions. My uncle does dyno work for the Aston that finished second so we were pulling for both cars. A crew member from that team told us they ran out of fuel shortly after crossing finidh line and the Rum Bum ran out on the in lap.

Overall fun race to watch even though it was caution filled early on. It was my first sport car race and I though Continental was much more exciting than Grand Am. Time to sleep as we will be back there at 9 tomorrow.

Was so good to read the news on the front page about Bryan back in the saddle! Good for him! I feel he was cheated with the whole Nissan not having any racing programs in America situation.

I agree. Everyone else got to go off and play GT3 on an international scale, meanwhile Bryan was stuck here, at one point driving a '91 Altima...
 
Good to see Bryan back in the Continental Tire Challenge series. Judging by how the team did, I think he should have been in that car from the start of the season.

I wonder if they'll field an all-gamer LMP2 team in the future. They've done it in the Dubai 24, can't see it being too far away from happening. We might see some recent GT Academy graduates driving the car above next year just to get a taste of Le Mans for a step up to a prototype seat the year after?
 
Does anyone know if there is a live stream for the Sepang 12 hours race today as i can't find one and the Nissan Academy Athletes are competing in this race thank you.
 
Did you guys know Bryan was in a GT-R in the World challenge race at Sonoma a few weeks back? Lucas was in a Z
 
Hopefully Jann isn't being put in FR3.5 for next year. He is quick on his day but really needs a second year in Formula 3 to become more consistent in my opinion.
 
At GT Academy this year Jann was talking about how he finds F3 and he said that his on lap pace is not a problem, it's just in the race where he tends to not perform as well as some of his rivals. But yeah, jealous. :D
