I would love to see a GT-R racing down here, I know Tony Quinn is a big fan of the car so it's surprising that he hasn't grabbed one himself. Nissan have to be careful not to kill the competition though, considering a large majority of the field are amateur teams fielding gentlemen drivers. With an Australian winning GTACADEMY, make it so

Might not be the best place for this but since there was a lot of discussion about it here back in April The 'Ring to get new safety measures, not speed limits
Not the first time for that car either. I witnessed it have a big crash through the Senna Chicane in Adelaide a few years back. Gotta feel for that team, such a shame. I wonder what happened, did they end up showing a replay?Poor, poor Supaloc Ford GT. Huge crash. Won't be seeing it for a while.
After 2 days of testing and practice and 2 hrs before qualifying the Flying Lizards/KPAX McLaren team has packed up it's cars and is going home over BOP issues. http://www.lizardms.com/news/releases/2015/august-22.html
They ran 9th and 17th in practice. 4 of the top 8 cars were also turbocharged.
If I was a SCCA official I would block the team's transporters from leaving the track until the end of the day since they want to put on show of embarrassing the series by pulling out during the event.
