Nurburgring Qualifying about to start.
Either cars that are built to GT3 regulations but are not homologated (Mosler, Ginetta), or cars that are homologated but do not compete in large numbers especially those constructed by independant teams (Maserati, Jaguar). What do you mean by "Fringe"? Just curious.
Dailymotion stream has died and the Youtube one is geoblocked.
I just finished as well. Great for the Nismo crew to bring home the drivers championship, and Kudos to the Jaguar for finally winning a race. Nice to see their hard work pay off.
On another note, manufacture based team orders at the end there were really quite ridiculous. That lapped Audi (#4?) holding up the Bentley and Nissan, which just looked like an idiot driver at first not getting out of the way, once they got by and he just moved out of the way for the #1 Audi who had caught them it was clear what he was doing. Then the lapped Ferrari at the end that was also clearly taking orders to help the 2nd place AM Ferrari. This is not racing.
Sometimes it takes a day or two.
I like how they won it through typical gran turismo fashion, get a team mate to take out your main rival and only go fast in a straight line.
Hey if Audi and Ferrari want to play dirty, it's fair game. But saying the Always Evolving guys would intentionally take themselves out of the race they dominated at the start by hitting another car, is a stretch.I like how they won it through typical gran turismo fashion, get a team mate to take out your main rival and only go fast in a straight line.
Seems it was the GT3.
GTE had issues as well.Seems it was the GT3.
Well one of them was forced to give back a position during the race and it wasn't the Nissan boys.Have to say my respect for the Bentley guys has went up greatly after seeing how the Nissan drivers have been behaving so far.

More like Audi team orders, but yeah.Audi lapped car if I read right being a class A idiot?
I think he's suffering memory lose as when that happened it was the ecurie ecosse BMW that held up the Nissan when the Bentley got past but seems to forget the Audi also held up the Bentley (after the other Nissan took out the other Audi) yet the Bentley drivers have enough self respect not to slag the driver all over the Internet and show integraty.Audi lapped car if I read right being a class A idiot?
Ok was the Audi, is the rest really needed pal...I think he's suffering memory lose as when that happened it was the ecurie ecosse BMW that held up the Nissan when the Bentley got past but seems to forget the Audi also held up the Bentley (after the other Nissan took out the other Audi) yet the Bentley drivers have enough self respect not to slag the driver all over the Internet and show integraty.
Suppose that's why he's on the ignore list.
I'm talking about the #4 Audi I believe it was that held up the Nissan and the Bentley for several laps so that the #1 Audi could catch up to them. When the two of them finally got a nose in to get by, it saw the #1 Audi there and just moved right on over like "here you go mate". Typical of Audi really, nothing new with them. Ferrari is no different.I think he's suffering memory lose as when that happened it was the ecurie ecosse BMW that held up the Nissan when the Bentley got past but seems to forget the Audi also held up the Bentley (after the other Nissan took out the other Audi) yet the Bentley drivers have enough self respect not to slag the driver all over the Internet and show integraty.

Was that the Audi/GT-R incident at turn 1?I just watched the #2 Audi onboard replay and he turned left trying to cut the #173 off into the braking zone at Turn 1, and failed.
Yeah. 52:00 left in the race-2:36.41 on the video replay clock. Was that the Audi/GT-R incident at turn 1?
I don't know if I'd extend this issue to the manufacturers, as both Audis were part of Vincent Vosse's redoubtable WRT outift. Same with the Ferraris, they were both AF Corse cars. Audi are dicks, but I don't know if they deserve to be slagged for Sunday's team-specific coordinated blocking.I'm talking about the #4 Audi I believe it was that held up the Nissan and the Bentley for several laps so that the #1 Audi could catch up to them.
