but then what do I know...

I honestly don't know what point you're trying to make. Most of that post is entirely irrelevant and quite defensive. I'm well aware of who John Gaw and Phil Dryburgh are but at the current time of that post they've not contested British GT in over a year. Sure they used to be a factory presence in British GT but at the current time it's pretty much just Beechdean. Other teams are supported as customer racers but when you look around on a race weekend it's clear Beechdean are well supported.

Phil raced in RD1 and RD2 in British GT last year which was in April so not exactly over a year more like 9 months.

That thing is awesome. Can't. Wait to drive one in a game.

Did we all forget about the Dubai race this weekend? Thankfully I have a 3-day weekend so I can stay up and watch it without a major sleep penalty. :D

I'm going to assume that with Nissan's recent motorsport cancellations, and the fact that I only see 1 GT-R on the entry list (which is not under factory support) that Nissan pulled out of this race for good, so no more GT Academy grads participating. But, should still be interesting to watch even if you're like me and have no idea who 99% of the drivers are. :P

Definitely supporting the Corvette boys in the Dubai 24, they're hanging in there at the moment,

Its what 5 years old or more and they're within 10 seconds of Audi Club WRT's Laurens Vantoor.
