So Turner Motorsport took the time to convert one of their M6's to PWC spec, drove to Canada, finished on the GTA podium Saturday. They then cried about the BOP and left early missing the Sunday's race.

The BOP table was released May 9th.:banghead:
Didn't need that Panzer anyway...

Really liking that livery more and more. Looks nice in action. 👍

Some pics from the PWC (and Pinty's Nascar Series) weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park/Mosport:

Bonus:
A stellar race-long four-way battle for the lead in the Porsche Canada GT3 Cup Challenge
Nice photos. I bet you had a good time, were you there for the weekend?

I have not seen the races yet and I'm headed to Lime Rock on Friday.
It's a bit weird not seeing the last event and not being able to see it other than motortrend.com as it has not been on TV yet.
I was able to see the last Porsche race but that was it from the weekend.

Mr Turner sounding a bit like Mr. Buckler back in the day, eh?

I was there Saturday and Sunday. It was a great atmosphere camping out with the Victoria Day celebrations going on. You can see a few more pictures of the weekend here: https://www.instagram.com/davemorgan_jr/

(Before my phone died, rookie mistake :dunce:)

Okay, what's with the latest generation Audi R8 and rear punctures? Just coincidence or a design flaw?
Seems to happen to an Audi or two in every GT race. Both Jamac-Pem Cars have had a puncture in this race now.

Edit: Koundouris Audi can be added to the list now too.

The Walkinshaw 911 is out of tomorrow's race according to their twitter. Damage to the rear is too much to repair in time.

Ooooo...damn. That's both of the cars I hadn't seen out.

Anyway, Yasser Shahin (spelling?) won the second race today! Really great work!
Tander was quick and would be a good shot at the 101 tomorrow.

The GT3 cars look so big on screen compared to the (V8)Supercars. It's mainly the width of the cars I had to get used to, after watching the VASC round at PI.

Oh, the 24H of Nürburgring could turn out to be very interesting. Later in the evening the entire west of Germany is expected to have some strong thunderstorms. Obviously, it's too early to tell whether or not we're (in my hometown) or Nürburg is going to be hit hard, but knowing the Eifel region very well, if it's being it, it's going to be hit hard.
