458 GT3 had a livery before, but it was removed. Also, every other Gr.3 car have a livery. This is not only beta thing, in trailers Ferrari also doesn't have livery.

Perhaps they are changing those liveries (and did not have them ready for the beta).Or they just did not pay money for any real-life/fiction livery so the car comes without one in the game.
Either way,if you can create your own liveries in the game,I dont see a problem here unless you cannot do that with Ferrari, something that will be really "funny" (to put it gentle).

Found this picture on Twitter... new shot from the livery editor

Any polish guy here who can translate the tweet? Google won't do it properly :D

It means:
1. I'm tuning(visually) corporation car in Gran Turismo Sport. By the way I learned many interesting things, but it's a secret for now.

Comments under first tweet(the more interesting ones):
Do you know for how long you have to keep it secret?
-I think till Friday.
Can you crash the car?
-Still not, but there is an interview in 30 minute, so I will ask.

2. When you are still sleeping, we in Tokio are testing latest version of Gran Turismo Sport. In the photo the redactor/editor decorates Alfa Romeo 4C with a MH logo. Fantastic game, we are waiting for release!

Thank you for the translation

So I did some research and I cannot find any racing car livery with the ".onet"-logo on it (to find on the GTR from my post above).
I think it's kind of a polish news-site... so I'm pretty sure that there is an import function.
Also I don't think that GTSport has the logo for the polish Men's Health from stock.

I'm so excited right now :D

I hope not! Naked girls on cars for a E rating game :P

Maybe as long you don't bring your car to online race is fine I guess. You can keep it as a secret and enjoy it for yourself (if you know what I mean...) But don't get caught by your family or friends cause well... you know what would happened...

Back to topic then. Imo based on those latest Twitter posts, livery editor seems promising I should say. I wish we can get more info from studio tour including more detailed work and features of the livery editor.

Is there a press event going on atm? Because I also saw (Twitter) Dutch, Italian reporters being in Tokyo for testing out GT Sport.

I thought it was studio tour because of the recent news we had before, but after seeing some post on Twitter I guess this is more than just a tour, seems like press day/closed invitation to journalists. Did somebody here from GTP visiting to Tokyo as well? If so we might get some interesting stuff for the next couple of days...

I know we've known about it the livery editor for a while now, but man it feels nice to see it in use by consumers. Can't wait to dig into this livery editor - gonna add a bunch of depth to the franchise!

I'm sure that's an import image option (second from the left)
No that looks like an import livery option. PD has said we can share schemes for awhile now so my guess is thats where you download liveries.

Small image but from the Motoring one, it seems you can import them in a good resolution, the letters' edges are seemingly very clean there.
All images have a color BG (notice the white difference in the Dani Clo), wonder if you can import transparent ones.

Friday is close enough though, hopefully they'll have some videos of the process.

Well, there is a reason for the "Game Experience May Change During Online Play" disclaimer...
That likely just has to do with latency issues, but what I think you mean is how online play is not rated by the developers.

Before things get too far out of hand, I'd like to sprinkle salt all over this.

Not because I don't like what I've seen from the Livery Editor so far (I actually love what I've seen so far), but because I know it will likely not live up to everyone else's expectations.

So far, it seems the GT Sport Livery editor will be restricted to a number of basic shapes and sponsors, and I wouldn't be surprised if each car had a certain "packet" of sponsors, shapes and other things that are exclusive to that car.

Knowing GT, I will not be surprised if they don't let you go full ham on plastering your car with wild colors and inappropriate images.

Of course, I'd love to be wrong. Please discuss your thoughts and hopes on the livery editor!
well even if the sponsors are limeted with the shapes we can create what we want right and if you can put real logos just using USB in the game like PES its all i need what im woried about its that the Won't let us customize the official Cars
for example the HTP Motorsport AMG GT3 etc etc
