No matter what I do in inkscape according to tutorials etc it just doesnt work with most of the logos I have. I may have to look into purchasing illustrator etc.

The radial gradients are not showing correctly in the livery editor but appear on car but not as they should. I have included a few here if they look too ugly just delete them. I would go with the one without a ball gradient and use the in game gradient circle to make the light spot on the ball. The shadow gradient beneath the ball seems to be acceptable.

Yeah there are also more differences on car. Flag poles white , no noticeable gradient on flag, also removed black from flags so as not to spoil the game black of the car paint.

Really not sure what you mean by "without the stripes upper" . Had a few guesses at what you wanted. Let us know, in detail, if it needs to be different.
Did two, one has text shadow but at a lower precision.

The "Live The West" was also a bit more node hungry , therefore precision is down. Let me know if you need it cleaner I'll need to split it into two decals.
