@nocturnalgrey Yeah I wish I had a garage like that The graphics are definitely a big step up from GT6 the driver could be real
Constant graphics! No more flat trees or empty tracks, no more flickering shadows, etc. The replays at Bathurst in GT6 were amazing for a PS3 but too many flaws like shadows or flat trees. At each build, we see more spectators along the track for example. I hope to experience once again a GT3 with the graphics. I am ok with GTS not having dynamic weather and time of day because I finally understand why everybody's wish list can't happen yet.
Well, that 'some reason' is PS4. The Neo will correct this drawback surely.TOD is almost a deal breaker. At least few tracks should have it. Even 20-30mins with TOD makes a big difference.
Ironically they released passion of 24hrs - green hell video. But for some reason GTS is not having TOD. Hopefully the programmer can implement it as an update. Kaz has experienced this in real life and somehow he failed to have this in priority list

I don't think it will. GT is a first party title and I don't see SONY being happy with its developer for throwing 50mn PS4 customers under the bus by adding Neo only features to the game.
GTS will feature mechanical dynamic time/weather on PS4, but they'll only be graphically depicted on Neo.If leaked documents are true they're not even allowed to, they say that Sony mandate that the feature set is the same for both versions. I'm pretty sure dynamic time and weather would be considered a different feature.

What is mechanical dynamic time exactly?

PS4 Neo to be revealed September 7th, I hope they don't aim 4k but rather "ultra" 1080p mode. GTSport replays are amazing but the gameplay graphics...I'm sure the thread comparison will be very active.Honestly, I feel every racing game out there can't win, regardless of what their product is like. There have been warning signs in Driveclub, Project Cars, Forza 6, and now GT Sport. This generation of consoles can't handle what is expected when it comes to frames per second, visual performance, and features.
I can see why the updated PlayStation and Xbox are on the horizon.

Just a speculationA rumour is also that Gran Turismo Sport will probably be delayed. This according to Playfront.de
The 'rumor' is firming up.It's a rumor.
And those who played at GT Sport, the vast majority were impressed by gameplay graphics and it's not the last build....
Neo will mainly serve for PS VR and that's why Kaz doesn't speak much in my opinion.

I know this website is full of clickbaits unfortunately but Vice confirms it. (If you want traffic, clickbaits everywhere but the journalists behind are pro IMO. It's just how Internet works nowadays.)All sites cite same source: Gameblog.
And Gameblog is low reliability. We'll see if other serious sites confirm it later....

I am actually expecting it to be honest. If the game doesn't get delayed, it will be a pleasant surprise.
If there is to be a GT Sport Neo Edition, the game better have everything including the kitchen sink.
If it's only slightly improvements, what would be the point in buying a ps4 neo? IMO, there must be a big gap betwen the two versions. Maybe the biggest change will be the PSVR mode. When GT6 released, a fair amount of people were sure that'd be the case for a PS4 GT game, too.
If GT Sport is Neo compatible, it won't vary too much from the regular PS4 version, based on all the leaked info relating to Neo so far. Slightly improved performance, sure, but no exclusive features. If Sony is pushing it as a system that works in the existing PS4 ecosystem, it can't very well have something like variable weather if the the vanilla version doesn't, since players from both systems are supposedly going to be able to play against one another.
