Honestly, if you're planning on playing any other racing games between now and GT Sport's release, the next month is going to positively fly by!

We've got a new game releasing pretty much every week between now and then.

Hm, I remember wishing GT6 had really great zoomable map like GT5 did... And sector times in replays to have .00x like in GT5, instead of .x like in GT6.
In so many ways GT5 was superior for me.

Zoomable map display? Baffling why they didn't allow us to do it in GT6.

Another (unrelated) thing I liked in GT5 was the ability to zoom in on your car in replays.

Honestly, if you're planning on playing any other racing games between now and GT Sport's release, the next month is going to positively fly by!

We've got a new game releasing pretty much every week between now and then.

Frankly, I am not. pCARS was a huge letdown for me and 2 doesn't seem any different and I don't own Xbone or a PC to play Forza on, not that I like it really.

So yeah, it's gonna be a looong time for me

You could do that in the beta. I love that feature (assume you mean pressing triangle to zoom in). In fact, the last update the camera would auto zoom out when the car passes which was a bit cool.

And there's no way it isn't going to be in GT Sport. I mean, Gr.1 is a thing in GT Sport.

Hmmmm, kind of, but that is not at all functional in same way i was using that in gt5 - during practice, to perfect my lines.
I would zoom to the max, icon of my car and icon of ghost (of fastest lap time) on that zoomed map would cover huge portion of it - and thanks to that i could see and judge to smallest detail effects of any differences i would try.

I just hated distracion of actual ghost on track and never used it. But max zoomed map allowed me to precisely compare my performance with ghost icon in real time as well.

For all we know there could be monthly DLC drops (paid or free), which is why it's important PD tell us their plans. I'm as interested in what GTS will look like 12 months from now as at launch.
