It took me a while to beat the Opel races. It seems like even when my car is fully tuned, the other cars are still better in all departments. The one I had the most trouble on was Suzuka. I could never get around the first corner as fast as the rest of the pack. Eventually I just bought NOS and used that on the straight.

Also, I'm at 98.9% done, and the only other thing I know that I need to finish is mission 34. How many other races should I have to do? I'm pretty sure I have the annoying missions glitch, when if you don't do the very first mission first, it won't count that as being done when you do it later.

The "annoying missions glitch"? That's bug is quite a nuisance... such a shame that you got it. I was lucky enough to buy my PS2 and GT4 from a reputable place that dind't place those bugs in the game.

Aston races too difficult? I don't remember that. Use the DB9, it's a gem, and no tuning needed if I remember rightly (it was a while back). The Speedster races were a challenge but nowhere near as hard as some Missions.

The Opel Speedster race is the MOST enjoyable in GT4. Almost without exception.
Seconded. Am I the only one who feels like he's riding the VX220 (the non-Turbo version, naturally) rather than actually driving it? Precarious is an understatement, when it's wound up that tight. But, good Lord, it was fun - not least because the AI are actually competitive for a change.

Wiki
The Chinese version of GT4 failed to fix a bug that resulted in the game being left at 99.8% after all races have been cleared, because the Formula GT race was corrupted; thus, players were unable to unlock the final car at 100% completion. There is also a similar glitch in the North American version of the game. If the first driving mission is not completed first, before the other missions are attempted, the game will not record the mission as complete. Therefore the highest completion percent will be 99.8%.

I have the NA version.

I know there is two kinds of slopes (up-&-down slopes) and sometimes the numbers of down-slopes is more than up-slopes (it's depends on the track -normal or reverse-)
So, is there any effect between these ,the weight of the car ,the slopes and the speed of the car in GT4 ?

I hope someone understood what I'm trying to say and sorry for my bad english.

Uhh, what?

Do you mean, are some reverse tracks faster than their forward versions, or do cars go faster downhill, or what?

Frozen:
The FGT series altogether is just over 2.7%, so it sounds like you're missing (probably) two events elsewhere.

As for upslopes vs downslopes, you can have three upslopes each 25 feet and a single downslope of 75 feet. So you have three uphill sections and one downhill. Of course the total rise and fall must be the same, but it sounds to me like Shangoob was asking about the number of uphills and downhills, not total rise and descent.

I've checked a lot of times and the only thing i haven't completed is the FGT championship.. This seems wierd.

It's seems you missed the main idea ,I meant if I added 200 kg more (weight ballast thing)on my car ,is this will affects on speed of the car -increase and decrease the acceleration-?

Frozen:
I'm sure you've checked carefully, however, you've still missed something. A number of people have had this problem and the similar problem relating to eligibility for the GTWC, and in each and every case it turns out they had in fact overlooked something.

Having said that, there is an alleged bug in the NTSC version whereby if you did not do the first driving mission before any other missions, you can never get credit for having completed the first mission even when you go back and do the mission again. I've tried to duplicate this bug and have not been able to, and I've asked if anyone else has been able to duplicate this and nobody else has reported confirmation. In any case, this is just one event and you appear to be missing two of them.

Check if you've won every prize car (including the DeLorean for the first ten missions). You can do this by checking your garage, assuming you've kept at least one each of every prize car. You can check your diary but if you've gone beyond day 2920 then some diary entries will be missing. You can also check to see if all prize cars are available to you in arcade mode (I'm not sure if this is 100% reliable). If you are missing a prize car, then check the series that awards it.

You can have won every prize car and still not have won some races, however. In this case, there is a championship series in which you won the overall championship but not every race in the series. You'll have to check them all individually, in particular be on the lookout for a bronze third place trophy; unless you look very closely it's easy to mistake a bronze for a gold. Good luck with it!

Shangoob:
If you add ballast to a car it will negatively affect your acceleration but (in theory at least) will have no effect at all on braking. The added weight will affect uphill performance as well, but not downhill (heavier objects won't fall faster).

Check every single race has a gold trophy next to it, the bronze trophies look very similar to the gold, you may have not noticed one by mistake.

I have no idea why you where asking about gradient, i thought you would have known this stuff being a guides editor, adding weight to a car, makes it heavier, making a car heavier may give you more traction, but generally speaking, it will lower your acceleration considerably, weight will not affect top speed, just the cars ability to reach it.

So conclusion, don't add weight, adjust you weight ballance by all means, just avoid adding Ballast weight.

Thanks for it.. Yes i've won the delorean and i did the first driving mission first.

Now I saw that I've got bronze in one race.. but still there's something missing.. cause i've checked everything twice since you wrote the post.

Thanks Stevisiov90 that info really helped me 👍

yes. the car does a wheelie. if you want to know how to do this, soften your suspension, put as little downforce on the front, max at back, and your car should wheelie at about 270 mph

Or by going too quickly over the right combination of corners, kerbs and/or cambers. The last chicane at Trial Mountain is probably the best place to do it.

You can get on two wheels without braking or turning, though, just go extremely quickly with the wrong combination of downforce :P

Or you can use the set of chicanes at autumn ring.:)
