HYBRIDLVRIt means that the car pictured is a Lap Behind or ahead of you pending the message has a +{plus} or a {minus-} simble!

rickstarHey there, can someone tell me what that "-1 lap" message means when you're running an Endurance race, and that message pops up with an opponent car icon beneath it?
Thanks.
sumbodycoolIt means you (1st place) are 1 entire lap in front of second place.
The - sign means you are ahead, and what comes after the - sign is how far 2nd place is.
If a + sign shows up, you are NOT in 1st place, and what comes after it shows you how far you are from 1st place, whether it be time in seconds, or distance in laps
I haven't got a car for the championship yet. I tried a 838bhp Cadillac Cien and I was still being beaten.rickstarcool. thanks for the detailed response.
i just couldn't make much sense of it, b/c i was only lapping the 2nd place guy maybe every 5 laps, but that "-1 lap" sign would come up like 3,4 maybe 5 times during one of my laps. and then i started getting "-2 lap" signs. weird.
one last thing. any recommendations on what car to use for the Professional Events GT world championship race? these cars are ridiculously fast. the best I have is a AMG CLK GTR Race Car (about 830hp). i'm a decent racer (GT3 div 1 weekly racer), but these computer cars are flippin fast.
thanks
fonzacan you get stickers for your car?
Als if you are in second or third palce or what you also get the sign if your 1 lap ahead/behind? that would be obivous but still asking.sumbodycoolIt means you (1st place) are 1 entire lap in front of second place.

Because the tracks has 3 or sometimes more sectors and at the start of each sector says the time difference, so that wjhy you see it multiply timesrickstarcool. thanks for the detailed response.

DartsI ahve an question:
Can you use b-spec to a-spec and vica versa always or only in Endurance races.
DartsBecause the tracks has 3 or sometimes more sectors and at the start of each sector says the time difference, so that wjhy you see it multiply times
If you watch a Formula one race you also see the timedifference measured at the begin of each sector, or have you never seen a race?
Yes thats right, for every series/race you have one prize car, not multiple, also if you win it again you get the same, only some races like were you win the Formula 1 change from COLOR(thought that happened in GT3 sometimes if you mean that)rickstarI've never watched a race
And last season, was there much point in watching? You'd already know Schumacher was taking the tropy home anyways
another question. has this ever happened to anyone else? it's a little specific, but maybe it's happening with all the manufacturer's races.
i completed all Cheverolet's Camaro races, and won an IROC as the the prize for completing all 3 tracks. then, i re-entered into one of the Camaro races, and it said that to win a new prize car, i'd have to delete the old records for these races. i did that, it wiped my 1st place finishes for these races, finished the 3 Camaro races again, and still won the same IROC prize car.
has this happened with anyone else? for maybe another manafacturer's race?
thanks

live4speedIt's not saying you can win a different model car, it's saying can win a new prize car, it just happens to be the same model as before, it's like that for every series.
