How do you get a replay file saved that can be uploaded to a PS2? If there is a link that can help me I'd appreciate it. Sorry if I'm being a pain.

Search here on GTP or google for one of the following terms;

MAX drive
x-port
sharkport

(in that order)

and you will learn all you need to know.

Sorry for the mix-up boys, my RGT times were indeed using S3 tires. Also, the Galant was on N3's :)

no worries man.

PM me your new/corect times and any differences in the specs and I'll get it updated.

I ran a 6:53.512 in my 350Z LM race car. My fastest time so far but I bet i can get faster. This was in simulation mode with racing tires.

Hey scoobyonline,

What does "J. Montoya + M. Schumacher = mad:" mean?

I dont really know. I was bored when I did it, and I guess that its meant to show how they dont like each other. SOmething like that.

Oh,

Then I think that "Heidfeld  @ schumacher" is more in order. LOL

Seems like every time Schumacher is going to finish in the middle or rear of the pack, he crashes and takes someone else with him. Just an observation.

Win, or die trying. ;)

its hard to get a fast and clean lap of the ring, i should have one soon though, when i do i will post it here

7:10:265 in GT mode with the Nissan Falken Skyline GTR 03

super hard tyres, no tune ups, i was pretty happy with that, had a couple of spins but hey neverind :)

I just hot lapped the SRT-4 on the Nurburgring (Sim mode, Race tires, All mods, 5 off-track mistakes) to a 7'27.061 . . . top speed on the back straight of 208MPH! I think I can do better w/some practice :) . . . Overall, I am impressed with this car. I used the actual NVG850 gear ratios +50 shot of N2O and the final gear ratio of 3:77 (approved for the SRT-4 SCCA World Challenge Touring Car)

The car is very technical to drive . . . and responds very well to the off-throttle corner-entry driving techniques used by many SCCA drivers for FF type cars.

I have a 27K replay saved, but need help to upload it!

Ran 5:21.548 last week in GT mode. I know I can still make time though.

Things is I know the first half of the track like the back of my hand and I push very hard which leads to a lot of mistakes I ususallty don't make it to the halfway point without putting the car of the track. Once I put it off I just start over.

That means I don't know the second half of the track nearly as well. If I'm fortunate enough to get that far without off-ing it. I am usually a bit more conservative and just want to complete a lap and don't push it to the absoulute limit. Though, admittedly I'm alot faster through there than I used to be but still.

On that 5:21.548 I could still make some time on the first half. I've ran it so much that I know what my absoulte fastest segment times are and I didn't surpass any of them on that lap. I'm just sick and tired of trying for now. I drove the car for 2 hours the other day and didn't complete one single lap for crashing etc. Thats the beauty of the "Ring"

I've been busy with work. I'll get everything updated tonight....sorry for the delay.
No worries mate, we all have regular lives as well and I'm sure everyone understands sometimes other things are more important than GT4 unfortunately. :dopey:

I was just making sure I sent it in correctly. 👍

I updated all PM times I had, if you don't see your time re-PM me (if I missed it, I am half asleep right now)....sorry for the delay...

gees...

my best is 6'35 with the M3 GTR race spec... and that wasn't a flying lap, was actually learning the lap at that time~

Although, I did 7'36 with a 350Z, (447hp) moderately tuned...

awesome, when i get home tonight im going to try and improve my time, Venom_NY_USA im driving your your time ;)
Good, I always love some friendly competition. I have since dropped my time to a 6'29.993. On another note, I see you are from Indy. Do you attend the USGP?

ive been attending for the last 2 years my dad and I normally try to get seats by the entrance of turn one since that seems to be where the best action is. F1 has always been my favorite type of racing

I was playing in 6"22 with the M3 GTR RAce car all stock, not even changing the tires.

I shall put a better lap and record a replay video soon. :D

YEEESSSSSS i just got a 4:57.051 on nurbugring in arcade mode with a MINOLTA Toyota 88C-V Race Car '89 with 1087 hp and 765 kg with super soft tires and im going to try and get a max drive so i can send my replay in

hey i was there last year and im going this year and were u where the drivers were coming into the pits and rubens barichallo pulled up int the red jeep cheroke and stoped and put his face against the window and smiled and pulled away real quick and then schumacher pulled up in a blue minivan with a hat and shades and no one realized it was him until he got in the pits. the same thing happened to me i expected jim to pull up in a ferrari or somethin EXPENSIVE but a blue minivan lol

4'57???? I need to see that to believe it. I was haulin ass only making 2 small mistakes which cost me at the most a second total and i only ran a 5'09.xx I know i could probably get another 3 maybe 4 seconds out of it. but another 12seconds is ridiculous. I mean if you got a replay id love to see it because if you really set a 4'57 it will be insane to watch but I know im not slow, and I give you props if you hammered that out, and im not saying you didnt but a time thats 10seconds faster than the record, and ive set so many different 5'09.xx's trying to go faster its not funny but people are hoping to get under 5'07 let alone the 4min barrier. But nice lap i guess, i want to see a replay though because thats insane.

Cool. I have been the last three years. In 2002 I sat near Turn 1, but the last two I have sat at the Start-Finish line. With the switch to June I go to the GP and then straight to Colorado for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. It's a great week of motorsports/road tripping.

I think a 4'57 is perfectly within reach, the fastest I've gone was 1'05.1xx and it wasn't a clean lap so I didn't post it and at those speeds there's always ways to go faster, corners where you'r enot carrying as much speed as is possible.... the difficult thing is go say 95% in every part of the track and not crash.... but it's possible.... just hard work probably and a lot of concentration I'm sure. I've set my sights on you bmx! hehehe but I'd like to see the replay also to study my adversary hehehe :P Congrats on the lap!

Cheers
