I have to admit the suzuka a bit boring in terms of scenery
but I love driving on suzuka .. great fun
since we are very limited to car choice
so its hard to make your entry stand out between the crowd
creativity on camera angle will be very critical this time
Just my opinion ... :P

Very Colorful!👍 But I wish you would scale your pic down so that I could see the whole picture when it opens in image shack. I cant decide whether I like it or not because I cant see thee entire picture within the size of my monitor, know what I mean? A Large picture like this one makes it very difficult to judge on composition and overall creativity of the shot because I can't see the entire picture, even when image shack scales it down! Nothing against your picture, like I said, very colorful and you really filled up the frame, but I wish it was scaled down... This goes for everyones pictures! I mean, do they really need to be so huge and ginormous??? Do they really need to be 1280 X 960??? NO! SCALE THEM!:crazy: 800 X xxx works great for a landscape ratio, and xxx X 600 works great for a portrait ratio. And when you scale them down, it disguises the jaggies and square edges too, so there is no reason not too!

Why don't you just B-Spec it then?

Shows up fine on my monitor. What resolution do you use? I use the larger size because I use them as wallpapers on my desktop. If I do any smaller then try to fit it to the screen the quality isn't as good.


Oh well, back to work. If I get this finished up I can head home and start some JGTC races on Suzuka. :ouch: I hate that course. It is just so unforgiving. I swear Wile E. Coyote must be standing in the sand with a giant car magnet just waiting for me.

I'm just saying, scale the pictures down for the photomode contests. My monitor resolution is 1024 X 768 and about 90% of the pictures in these contests show up way too big and I can hardly get a feeling of what is going on in the picture because I cant see it all. And than when Image Shack scales them down, they look crappy and choppy.

I'm not a big fan of huge resoulution numbers when it comes to working on my computer. I have changed it to 1280 X 960 and larger and it just shrinks everything down to much. I guess if I am like the only one around here that has their monitor set to 1024 X 768 than I'm probably outa luck, but anyways...

I'd say go for it but then again, all the entries I thought were sure fire winners of the last comp didn't even make the top 20. Theres plenty of time to decide anyway. 👍

I left my copy of GT4 and the mem card at my girlfriends. This is the first night I haven't had it since I bought it and the withdrawal symptoms are killing me. :crazy:

I quite like the one you picked as your final entry. Looks like a Prost-Senna moment there. :)
 
Oh Gilles... I still love him, nobody ever did what he did with a Ferrari, and who cares about Shumacher 👎 5 F1 Champs, HE was the right man for the Red!!
...and Regazzoni, obviously :lol:

First of all i must say this was an absolute great idea for letting us take pics of jgtc cars at suzuka. :) 👍

It forced me to take pics at the quality of trying to give it a realistic feeling like it would have been shoot be a real fotographer at suzuka.
Plus because the scenery is a bit boring you need to transfer the cars into the scenery. And that is one of the tuffest things IMO in fotomode.
Hope you know what i mean.

Well here are my attempts, these were the ones that stayed over from a pack of pics. Didn't decide yet. :yuck: too difficult so i will wait a couple of days. Maybe give some feedback :) ?

Left to right, top to bottom...3rd, 6th, 9th in my opinon.

Your pics make me not even want to post mine for fear of humilitaion. You really have color settings and the "sense of speed" down.
