Submitted my time, I doubt it will be division 1, but I gave it my best. I think I could've shaved off another half second around the last hairpin, but I just couldn't get a good enough lap again.

You send it in whenever you feel like it. In GT3, I ran enough to be satisified with my run. For me there is no need to seek out those last hundreths or even a couple tenths for the qualifying race.

In GT3 I only did 2 laps for the Qualification, wonder what I could have got if I had have spens an hour or so on it, lol.

Were you trying to send that message to Kent as a PM? If that's what you wanted to do, click on his name and you will see "send personal message" somewhere near his contact info. Send it to him that way 👍.
 
Thanks you guys for being so kind for my stupid move. I've been working on my golds all night (74) and am a tad scrambled. I'm soo glad I could edit. When I pressed enter and realized what I did, a cold chill went down my back, I thought I screwed up the whole thing and would be banished to the pits for life. Thanks again, icemanshooter23 and Nick_Johnston28 . I'm a gonna go to sleep now!
 
Put a little bit more seat time in tonight, dropped .7, want another .2. I think I am well into where I want to be but now I am at a "can I get it under....".

I'll submit my time this weekend.

I've got some other OLR races that need my attention too...
 
No problem, we welcome anyone to the WRS 👍. Everyone makes mistakes, and in time you will learn to navigate this site like the back of your hand ;).
 
:crazy: i would have thought that m3 would be an oversteery wee thing , but couldnt be much more wrong. Decided to submit my time after half an hour of racing because i am too lazy to race for hours on end for a few hundredths of a second 👍 good enough for div 2 i hope
 
I must say that i'm scared - my time with this combo satisfy me but AFAICS all of you guys have 70+ golds and I have only about 20(2 of them made by wallriding :P ) so i don't really belive that i can make it to the 2 or 1 division :/
I will work on my time a little bit more and submit it tonight.

Im asking about vids not replays cos I don't have a proper hardware to transfer PS2 replays from PC to PS2 (in fact that is why I will probably have some trouble with trying to prove my time :/ ). Vids would be helpful to ppl that havn't made a best lap.

i agree wholeheartedly. a lot of use arent that great yet and if someone would step up and do this, it would be much appreciated :)
 
i think i will be a good division 3 candidate :lol:

to my skill level i went as fast as i could on that, which tells you something about how good i am when you see the results :P


meaning im not very good, but we have to start somewhere and where better to start learning than the bottom.

Its really good havin a site like Daan's for the up and coming racers to learn off the best :).

And for those lucky enough to have a max drive you can find plenty of replays in the results thread as who ever can post a replay normally does.

Thats exactly what I was thinking about. I already know that site (u posted a link to it early - M3 ride on that long track - I dont remember its name right now and my TV is dead so I cant check it :/ (and I cant work on my time :/ ) but i didn't knew that there were some other sections.

If you want to make it as polite as possible, it becomes : domo arigato gozaimash 'ta, but then you have to bow down until your forehead touches your knees :D

(The sh' in the sentence has to be a shi but that damn censor filter replaces the letters s-h-i-t by **** and the whole becomes unreadable).

Yes I know that - I learn japanese :) (a just started) do u learn it to ?
But shi_ta form is AFAIK used 4 a things that happend some time ago (or they have last 4 some time and just finished - ie at the restaurant) not a long time ago but also not 4 a thing that happend at the moment that u are speaking (of course IMO - no ofence - correct me if im wrong)

love the idea of the racing league, im gonna start working on my laps now.

there was just 1 thing i'd like to suggest

no tcs, and no ams racing League that would show alot of skillS~ :D
 
Some races Kent may decide not to allow TCS or ASM (like the Cobra around Seattle, god that was fun :D), it just depends on the race Kent chooses. Often no TCS or ASM is faster anyway, at least for the good drivers.
