Well well, the VW R32 actually handles this course pretty well. Now I just need to nail those double hairpins... 
A 9sec improvement after 10 laps. Had a 41.856/1'08.570/1'43.109 but I clipped one of the spectators on the 2nd hairpin.
T1: 42.057

WOOHOO - love this track, what a blast (i say this now) the jump in the short straight is going to be fun (how far can i jump this thing) 
At least its not reverse, the hairpin at the end of the straight would of been a bear going that direction.

wow i love this track i always race here with my brother and i love the golf scince i have 1 myself but it is not an r32 =( anyways im sure i will do better than last week

Dont forget DRIVEN, the rules state, that two wheels must be touching the track at all times.
Very important that.

The rules don't actually mention anything about number of wheels on track this week
Oh, and if we're being really pedantic then we could say that since the rules usually say "Two tyres on track at all times" any lap with > 2 tyres on the track is just as invalid as no tyres on the track

i just got my r32 and did 5 laps. i got 1:44:132 but crashed right after that hahaha. i can still get it a lot better. The esses in the top of the hill are really fun in this car i think the key of fast times is in that part and i find it the hardest. i am also having a hard time in the last hairpins but it is only about practice.

I heard you the first time, and you'll notice the leaderboard for last week doesn't have you listed as a DS2 driver anymore, it has your controller listed as unknown ("?").
Changing your controller is more complicated than just re-typing it, it involves modifiying the programming for the leaderboard, and to be honest, I'm not that inclined to include every controller/wheel/joystick ever made. There are (or were) a few people who played with a DF (the one before the DFP), or a Momo, etc. and I've always just listed them as an unknown as well.
For future reference, it's not the most polite to yell (bold, red, all-caps) at someone who is providing you with a free service, which you expect to continue.

@ballstothewall: I dunno why I haven't got you listed as using a DFP. I see now that it's in your sig. I'll change that for the new week.

could one of you lovely chaps please find and display a map of this track so i can point out where i'm struggling *yawn- i know already!*. its the bottom of the hill where you head down in 5th and theres a little tweak right before the rather tight hairpin. if i break on that corner i just skid round and end up facing the way from which i've come!!!
help me out here pleeeeeaaassssseeeee

what i do is break to 4th before the tweak and accelerate to get the car out(don't brake while cornering here). once the tweak is over i break hard and continue braking while turning smoothly to the left and then accelerate again in the apex.
im sure there is a faster way to do it but thisone is safer and still fast. maybe this is a little bit easier for me because i use a dfp maybe it is the same with a ds2 maybe not.

no, my last lap i posted was not clean. however now i got my t3 to 1'43.584 my t1 and t2's were not that fast actually but i do not remember the time. also my t4 was slower than other laps. i think i can get 1 or 2 seconds faster but it will be hard i need to practice more
