It's a bitter sweet thing, BTW ... on one hand you can get to gloat when a time you set sits up pretty well against him (despite it taking you all week, he's only been playing for 20 minutes and has the distractions of an Englishwoman talking to him ), but then you conversely get to see him *really* freaking nail certain things so damn easily and effortlessly.

My best first lap is 58.316 and 1'18.454, which is pretty close to yours, but if he is breaking a certain second barrier on the first lap.........I think I'll abandon all hope right now and get on with life. 'cause I'm here to say, I ain't close!

I DID have it saved, but I deleted it because the last thing I need is to be tempted into doing WRS while I'm doing the NRS AND my rally series, just too much and not enuf time. But really I haven't had the time for the NRS much this weekend...ugh! But my time in 40 minutes isn't where you are at Kyle dont worry it'd take me longer to get to your point. laters. AND I CAN"T BELIVE MY 🤬 🤬 DAMNED GIANTS TODAY......AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you see a tall lanky guy on a crime spree on the 6 o clock news, u know where to find me. righto, back to rac ing after a couple of days and nights of boozing... it would appear KLR142 and myself are driving the same beast and that is a coincidence... i jumped into the Pennzoil Zexel GT-R (JGTC) and promptly smashed my best time with the Supra... was quite happy with my second lap but my first lap was a little rough...

Crazy thing hapened just now.......... I tried again,same car(hiroto) same ai setup,same gearing setup,had all T-times a from half a second to 2 seconds slower,but managed to finish some 0.125 seconds FASTER.....weird....

Guess it's good to drink shlywovitza(plum brandy) when driving lol......

oh well, last time i played (thursday) i still could not get a sub 1´19 in the first lap. struggling with the AI you guys are using. -10 for me with superhards the 5th place car is always in my way inside turn 1... so i´m gettin 35´2, 58´8 and them 1´19´0. not a single 1´11 also, so, well i handed to you steve, i will beat me again. just please admit that you are very good ok? (you always say you´re average, but you´re not ).

i´m a bit disapointed because i had little GT time this past week. for me it was one of the better suited combos for me, but i´m not doing well so far. i´ll try to have 1 or 2 hours tonight, see if i can break some second barriers...

ouch, i can feel your pain... my PS2 broke down in early march, so i stayed 2 months without GT... was very tough on me... hope you get a new disc soon...

you probably just have to clean the laser.
there are plenty of good instructions on the net, its 100% the problem if you've been getting red load clocks before it stopped working.

But I never got the red led clock, but I did have a power cut while it was on, the disc is scratched, well a little, but nothing major.

I was just guessing it must be the disc, as others work fine, now playing prologue

I can guarentee you have beaten me. Not given this combo a fair go yet, and the way shcool work is stacking up i probly wont b able to However i will be submitting tomorrow and taking last place in div1 with my only clean of the week, lol. At least 2 seconds left on the track for me.

I think I'll have to forfeit this week and the next, at least. School projects are taking up all my time, and finals are close approaching. So if all goes well, I'll finally graduate this semester and that means alot more time for WRS compared to now. I'll just be a spectator until I find some free time or finish my final exams... yeah i have broken that second barrier only twice though, one time i broke it by .2 once with an insane 1'17.987 t3 split on lap 1! too bad i ruined the first corner of the second lap.

another good combo wasted.

but i´m more and more supporting a theory that its more about the track than about the car. i was really new at motegi full and it shows by the time. and i had some good weeks with cars that didn´t suit me.

2 days with the PS2 off, ouch, parties on friday and saturday, 2 proms...

but

no girls for me in those parties:tdown:
also, not good showing in WRS, so it was a bad week.

But, I think I'm going to have a go at it for the next couple of hours. So we'll see how that plays out.

In front of all except for you,and let's don't forget about those who keep their mouth shut about they T times whole week(ok I did that too,but I always thought that my T times suck,and that someone will mock me because of them,so I did not post them)and then submit a very fast lap.

And concerning my time this week,I think It's fast,but not fast enough,plus I really drove like a crazy ***** on PMS,almost hit the AI(checked the replay-I pass one of the AI cars just an inch away from it without touching,but some might say that I touched it),a few errors too many,and there is this weird hunch that I will be DQ this week because of that pass.......
