No need to force feed anything. People may pay more attention if you were at the top of the leaderboard. I don't post my settings becuase I'm SLOW. So why would you think the faster guys would pay attention to your settings?
I'm not really that slow... I haven't been trying my hardest these past few weeks. If I kept up my old signature with Podiums and stuff you'd see, but the numbers were getting too high for me to count so I had to stop doing it.
JUST KIDDING! Nah, I was just a little irked this morning for some reason, and with the talking of settings, no one's remarked on the fact that I already posted a little bit of info, and then it seems to have gone unnoticed in previous weeks a couple of times. It's all good though. Maybe people aren't using my settings. And actually, it's not really that I want people to use my settings, I told people how THEY can tune their own settings, and what will(should) happen when they do so.
Casio
That's what I'm doing. Super-Duper Soft (See week 42 for those playing at home). Dampers 1/1/1/1, Camber .4/.4, Springs (Whatever the softest is, 6.4/4.6?), Stabs 1/1, Ride Height (I think 90/105 or something). Seems to work quite well for me.
Yeah, try out stiffer dampers, they seemed to help me even further.
I'm not sure what my sways are at, maybe still the 5/5 that I had them at earlier. I didn't worry about softening them up so much because there aren't really any bumps(well, curbs) that I'd be hopping, like there were on Seattle. That's where sways make a difference, because you hit the bump with one side, and it'll effect the other side, instead of leaving the un-bumped side alone. But, this track is pretty bumpy everywhere, so I may try softening them a bit. I don't think I'll quite go to 1/1 though, but who knows!
I'll also try lowering the car a bit, seems that's working for a few people... 👍
EDIT: Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention, the Diff settings make a pretty good sized difference this week in the way the car goes around the track... Currently, I think I'm something like 5/35/5 with the TCS on. FWD cars usually like very low/non-existent lock-up on decel, but I was trying to use it earlier this week. Does seem a little better without it though(aka, low decel values).
