GT4 WRS Week 6: "Step Into the Ring!"

i'll do the same to, i need to feel the adrenalin when im driving on the edge, as i would do in reallife!

I definitely feel the adrenaline this week throwing this Audi into those corners near the end, even more so on the tricky part just before the straightaway (basically T9) where the car doesn't want to stay on the road!

No more racing for me, I'm off to my first day of work at Subway (I'm white not Indian, I just know the owner)

Still lots of improvement to come. I dont know some parts of the track well so i'm extremely hesitant through some areas. Never really driven such a fast car on the ring before other than a couple of laps in JGTC cars with my friends in 2 player battle when we first got the game ( that was a free for all with the walls )

I recently went out for a quick testing session. Reports say that I am decent in T2 and alright in T4 but after that I just completely lose it on those slight bumps before a downhill spweeping corner. T times are as follows:

T2-1'09.482
T4-2'25.984 (I can go much faster through here. Did only about five laps)
T7-4'10.570
T9-5'10.935

Can and will improve as the day goes on.

T2 looks pretty good, I think were already getting pretty close to as fast as you can go through there.


This would have been more fun if we were doing this in GT mode with settings involved

I would love to be able to do more than a hour at a time, but this track just wears me out mentally going all balls out. Have a goal of taking off 3 more seconds from my total lap time but have no idea how i'll be able to do that.

well, i am finally getting some time to play gt4. on my second lap i ran a T9 of 4'48.981 so i think there is some time that can come off of that, but i will need some very agressive driving. i look forward to thrasing around the wheel a little bit.

Lots of work to do here, just run 3 laps only 1 clean T9 - 5.12ish region.

After some 11 laps i´ve got these times:

I can see more 1.5 seconds if i really push like the hell. In some sectors will be hard to go faster but i will make another try in some hours. 👍

I'm going to be racing Nurburgring a LOT this week aren't I?

Week 6 WRS is at the ring, and so is Mission 34 - I'm 7.334 seconds of from finishing GT4

the secret to passing that mission is not pushing as hard as you think is necessary. if u take the corners nice and smoothely, and avoid sliding, u should do it.

very good choice of car CFM, i was hoping u'd choose a fast car again like u did in week 2. i'm definitely not going to run this one untill at least the weekend, maybe not even at all, i'm so busy with exams

I haven't started this race yet, but hopefully by the end of festivities I'll finally be able to vanquish the dreaded Mission 34!

Found over 8.5 secs overall, only second clean lap! Still exploring the prodigious grip this little car has!
Little mistakes here and there still spoiling faster laps with the occasional trip into the barriers after grounding out or landing oddly after a jump. pity, otherwise i'm enjoying the combo.
A little more ground clearance and slightly softer shocks would be nice, but hey, level playing field!
