Some splits:

T1: 0`35.206
T2: 1`17.822

Would like to find another second...we'll see 👍

Hey guys can one of you who updates the leaderboard, change Sonzilla to a D1 driver plz cheers Mike :)

Yeah, I know, I was just talking about our upcoming LAN meeting. Can't run extra hp and less weight in LAN mode, so we'll go with Normal tires instead of the Roads.

Thanks for looking out for me though! 👍

Wow Cyril, you picked a good one to end on! This is one of the most technical combos I've seen, but so much fun..
Yeah, I REALLY like how it's technical in the oversteer way, instead of understeer... And on my favorite track of course!!!

Probably won't be able to play again until Sunday... College halloween parties are calling me!!! w00000! :sly:👍

New splits...

T1 0'35.318
T2 1'18.700

I know I can go quicker than this as I was getting a bit nervy and protective in the last sector which slowed me down a fair bit.

Darren.

Wow! I liked this combo. I really think more of the wimpier cars could be used (<200 HP). Getting the most out of it was just like learning to drive a car when I was a punk. New and out of control!!

My splits:

T1 - '35.575
T2 - 1'19.234

Cheers, Cyril

Not doing so well at this one. Can you take the whole section from T1 to the hairpin at the bottom of the hill flat out? Because I'm losing tons of time there. So far: T1 36:534 T2 1'20:418

I've been taking that part in 4th mostly flat-out, but I'm modulating the throttle a bit to help keep the line. Not that my splits are tons faster than yours...

^Same here^

Maybe a slight lift to get round the right hander over the brow of the hill but yeah, pretty much flat out and pointing in all sorts of funny angles. :dopey:

Slightly faster splits...

T1 0'35.406 (Lost a tenth here)
T2 1'18.588

Still a very untidy lap. Hoping to break into the 1'17's before the weekends out. 👍

Darren.

Decided to have a run of this great combo to give Cyril a good send-off.

T1: 0'34.978
T2: 1'17.565

Thank you Cyril for your great stewardship of the WRS.

Well done. 👍

Time submitted.

Het is niet meer een probleem denk ik.

I don't know swedish, but does it mean something like "This is not our problem" or something that it doesn't belong here?

Back on topic: I've started the PS2 back up today, and for some reason it works again.

0'35ers so far, but still nothing solid.

Final Splits:
0'36.038
1'19.889

I didn't put as much time as I'd like into it, but that's alright.
Thanks Cyril for a fun series the past few months.👍

It's dutch (Bram is from Belgium) and means "It's not a problem anymore I think". Sorry, I should have translated it.

Whenever I see that name, my spot in the results gets a little lower.

I thought swedish, from that avatar he had back than... But really, not a problem anymore.

How about a time from you? It's the combo you chose for yourselves...

EDIT: Fastest so far:
0'35.8
1'21.3
Eye-infection, lack of sleep, rainy weather, and school-'till-7PM did their work well. Can't concentrate on anything... I expect to shave almost a second off my T2 (compared to the best yet, 1'20.8), since it had some big mistakes (braking for the first corner!)

Hmm... quite a pickle, this combo. But such intense replays that makes! :D

T1: 0'38.249
T2: 1'25.132

I might need to grip more and drift less. :P

Yes Z, grip more, drift less:lol:. Anyways here are my final splits.

T1-35:459
T2-1:18:261

One thing thats cool about this car is that I can drift it:D.

Just submit my time from the first day session, couldn't gain enough wish to get back to it, anyway I enjoy to try this combo!👍

And thank you Cyril for your great work at WRS 👍

Cheers

Hi! Help me plz! Can you tell me what devices could help me to send replay data to computer? I can't find maxdrive in Moscow, buying it online is too hard and I should wait it too long... I know that ACTION REPLAY MAX can transfer cheets from net to PS, by the way I found it here... But can it do something with replays from GT4??? Can I use it to prove my replays???

Yes, you can. A MaxDrive is a device that enables you to move files from your PS2 to your PC (from there to the internet), and vice-versa. An ARMax (Action Replay MAX) is something that I don't know exactly, but it contains the MaxDrive in the package, so you should be able to do the same things with it.

Replay files are just like normal gamesaves, so yes, you could use an ARMax or MaxDrive to prove your replays and times. Even if not required, they're always welcome.

:scared:

I just had a series of 0'34ers, but nothing materialized into a clean fast lap...

But 0'34! :scared:

EDIT: The series stopped but:

T1: 0'35.853
T2: 1'19.790
And 1.2 faster over the line.
Lost some 0.5 on the last corners - took one too wide, and dropped to 117KM/h on the final sweeper (instead of the usual 130+)

C'mon, somebody get on MSN...

EDIT No. 2: More improvements - mainly over the line and on T1-T2.

T1: 0'35.905
T2: 1'19.418
Lost some 0.3-5 on the downhill hairpin (late braking can kill you there). Went a little wide on the double-right soon after T2, but not much lost there. Dropped to 125KM/h this time - still better than last time.
