GT4 WRS Week 87: "Spooning in Italy"

I'm already seeing 1'21 at the T3 line after 4 laps.

Understeer doesn't exist, niether does oversteer, or anything.

Yep, just the one lap this time and save the ghost of your fastest clean lap. 👍

You post your split times in here, T1, T2 and T3, not the total lap time.

This week looks like its gonna be awesome! I missed last week and think I'm suffering from withdrawal, I havent even touched the PS2 in over a week. Took over a new job and needed to figure things out. I can't miss this though.
 
Well, went bashing around some more with my DS2... too lazy to get the DFP out yet.

T1 - 0'26.876
T2 - 0'59.146
T3 - 1'20.033

I've tried alot of settings for the gearing, and even the R4 in back option. But I am sticking to R5s all around.

220 km/h max is what I am using. I tried 200, but you bounce off the limiter on the front straight. But using it makes the hill climb go alot faster, I watched the ghost from that run close several car lengths on me coming up the hill after the T1 hairpin. 250 I could see being useful, but 220 is what I think I am sticking with.

And I know their are several more tenths to go judging by STbar's times, since the difference of our T3's is just about the same as the diff in our T1's.
 
hmm now im confused again,, is the tracke named diff? or is it the only ****ing track thats not been open??? lol i that thought i got some ****ing awesome times:ouch:

I'm just waiting until I can finally do a lap where I can get to my lowest T1 time of 26.083. And then speed up a few other things here and there, I know I could gain another tenth or so in the section immediately after T2. So I'm aiming for a 1'19.250. Then again, I've been aiming for a lot of things in this race, and still surprise myself how I end up taking 3 tenths off at the end.

And by the way, I've been using 220 this entire time.
 
I have to see what all this hype is about, will try this combo later on in the week when I have some time.
 
hmm anyone now how to unlock this one quick! i just started over at my gt4 for a month ago! was bored when had it all:) so now i have nothing! i need this track:) 2 more to unlock but hmm were
 
Gave this a go for an hour and a half (half hour going the wrong directions, D'OH!) at 250, nothin' to brag about got some 1:19.6's but I'll tinker with the top speed later.

hi just found out that for those who having same problem as me, not have unlocked the course.

On day 253 the course is ulocked in arcade mode..

Yeah I'll do some more laps this week, its the best combo Colby's chosen yet 👍 I dunno if I'll break my next barrier or not but we'll see it is still only Tuesday :sly:

Just ran this one for a bit and hit some good splits but i still think there is a second in it yet with a bit of luck as i stuffed to corners. Still clean thou witch is good and im using 250 gearing.

T1: 26.164 (seen a low 25.9##)
T2: 58.543
T3: 1'19.641 (messed a corner up at the top of the hill just before T3)

Do a search for a 100% game save on gtp, you'll find one with all tracks, and all cars in all colors, just need an ar max gameshark etc... no reason you should be held back by not having a game save.
 
Sim, I think it is a function of how many days go by in GT Mode. Quick way to make days go by is to purchase wheels or something.

I always keep at least two saves for this very reason, so I always have my total progress there...

I don't think it would have been a dagger, more like a beam saber:scared:.
Anyways I have some T time's after about 20 laps.

T1-27:040
T2-59:260
T3-1:20:093

Still more time in it, have seen about .6sec's faster at T1.
