I'm willing to tune one or more cars for this, but I need to know what restrictions and classes of cars are allowed.
Mainly tire selection, suspension type allowed, and what sort of lightening (if any) is allowed.

I've got a fully developed concept on how I want it to be. But I'll launch it after I finish the Touge Shootout which is currently happening.

We can discuss to see if our vision lines up.
