The '66 GTO should be a Tri-Power, obviously.

1960? MGA Twin Cam (or "twinkie" as it's referred to)

I was really disappointed they didn't put the MGA or MGB in. They're very widespread popular cars and it would have been really easy to find one to model for the game. Plus, they look awesome. Kind of like a smaller, more british '53 Vette for those who don't know. Also resembles a cobra, but skinnier without the fender flares.

Anyway, that's all I can think of for now that wasn't already on the list.

Yes this list is impressive, but it's kind of like colors, there are an infinite number of colors because if you take blue, and add one hint of yellow, it's a differant shade. How many differant versions of a skyline do we really need? Take a skyline GT-R and add foglamps, then it's a Skyline GT-Ri. Add a single windshield wiper and it's a Skyline GT-Ri Spec V. There are only so many differant shades of a car that are needed; I don't need to have 10 versions because at the end of the day you could have 10 versions of the skyline, but they'd all have the same car, just look differant.....

I will however support this list because it WILL give PD a great idea of what Americans want to see in the next iteration of GT.... the link to this thread will be all over every site I visit.

any of the cars by tuner Top Secret. Their 700PS Z33 is nice, the 800PS widebody Skyline 350gt is crazy, and they also have Supras, an Altezza, and an S2K.

Both the Mine's R32.5 & R33 were in GT2.

There was also a HKS Drag Nissan 180SX in GT2 and it wasnt real(at the time)
Ive researched Mine's and the only cars they had were the Lancer Evo and the R34 GTR.

Why don't you just name, EVERY CAR EVER MADE!

This list is way too damn long, thhough I like many of the cars under certain manufacturers there are too many. No game will ever have this many cars, eventually the list will be every car ever made just about. And the list is pretty damn close to being there..

Ok guys I know this list is very huge, but of course they should be some cuts in the list, because I wouldn't drive most of those cars either. But like the title says its just a GT5 Car Wishlist, that consists off the wishes of GTPlanet members, but the final outcome should at least give PD a reasonable idea of what cars are needed in the franchise. So just relax and enjoy the ride.

okay so in gt4 the main theme was the time line of different cars in different eras,
this time around how bout keep the cars that are actually significant. i mean come on what the hell are you gonna do with a 1hp chair with wheels attached to it? and mini vans and trucks, o my. come on! its a racing game.

and seriously they need to quit the copying dozens of the same car(i.e. skyline, evo) and putting insignificant little changes that does nothing but "make" it look different but really isnt. for example in the nissan dealer they had 1 special skyline, and the only difference was that it came in a different "special" color than a regular gt-r. WTF???

enough with this ranting.

for the heck of it, i would like to add a couple cars that had a huge impact in the late 80s early 90s that should have been included in GT4.

Like I said of course theres plenty of junk in this list, don't get me wrong. But the point is that there would be some cuts, this is somewhat of a rough draft. But what can we say were just letting everyone be part of this even though there wishes are only junk. You get me now Chris Criswell :grumpy:
