Hello, all. This is SrRd RacinG. Yes, trust me. You'll know/realize it by my posting style. Moving on, this will likely be my last post here before I am banned again on this new account, so I am writing this in a first and last attempt to address what happened in last day or so. I've read the comments around the forums and I just want to be able to explain MY case, MY story, and MY response to the situation, and not that of a moderator.
First off, I was banned because I used dirty language in chatroom. I never threatened anybody or posted offensive material, but I can confess to cursing, in a playful manner, along with other users (no names will be said), while in the chat. But if you ever visited the chat, you'd probably recognize the VS. car games I liked to play. Or the other GT5 related voting games I liked to make. Yea, they were fun. I tried to keep the chat alive. That was my goal. Many would agree.
I found out I was banned when I tried to sign in on my former account (SrRd RacinG).
Famine had sent me a notification but I was not able to view it because I was already banned. Not too convenient, or fair. After that, I made another account (SrRd-RacinG). With that account, I tried to contact Famine, but unfortunately he doesn't allow for the private sending of message to his account. And I did not want to post on his visitor's page because that would be a bit unprofessional on my behalf.
Also under that account, I tried to make a thread on the site feedback forum about why I was banned, because do not forget, I was not able to see why I was banned because I was, well, banned. My thread never was allowed to be posted, so I was again left without a response.
After that, I made another account, (SrRd_RacinG), and that was instantly banned. Again, all I wanted was a reason why my original account was disabled. Nothing more, nothing less.
At the current time, I am not allowed to view the GTP forums at home. At all; or even as a guest. So, I as I type this from a separate location, this is likely my last chance to share my side of this bizarre and sudden turn of events.
I really did enjoy my time here. I especially liked helping the community with relevant, creative threads and thoughtful comments. I think I succeeded in that.
I truly believe I was a respected user here, and would bet many others will attest to this. So, when I was treated with little respect. That shocked me.
I was never even given a warning. I should have been notified, at least. Instead, I was removed quickly and quietly.
In conclusion, I am not necessarily looking for my account to be reopened, but I do ask that future punishments be handled with care, appreciation and respect.
So, ladies and gentlemen, please know I did enjoy my stay here, but at this time, I am quite disgusted with what has happened, so you'll still find me online on PSN (SrRd-RacinG). Maybe we'll race together.
Sorry for this long post and sorry for the disruption of this thread, but I had to state my case. Remember, "Well timed speech is everything." Speak up or be spoke for.
I suppose we'll meet again (Organ, Union, emotion, riva, d3uc3, hellnback, Destiny, etc and any others I missed). Maybe. Oh, and don't forget to unlock the master car list thread; there are guests that view these forums too. Let's be kind to them and not hold personal grudges between users and moderators. I will not name names.
