In E3,Gamescom and TGS,you can only play GT5 DEMO with DFGT.

In Taiwan,they use G27:scared:

Lol, We were using the G27 ever since the Taipei In't Autoshow Demo back in 2009. And why is that surprising? We develop most PC/Console/Console apps out there, including the G27 (The People's Republic makes it though). Its just that you guys don't know:indiff:

A sober decision by someone who is drunk? Hmmm.

10% discount plus free delivery! Besides missing out on the Stealth car, dude's saving money. đź‘Ť

Yup, I'm definitely deprived...instead of 1001 cars to choose from, I'll only have 1000. Whatever will I do?

My fellow Canadians, what store(s) would we be able to pre-order a copy of the Collector's Edition?

Gamestop's Canadian website had them listed as of two days ago.

Dunno why but newegg has it for November 4th now, and it said the 2nd a few days ago. It shows it as a "Release date" Kinda weird, As I'm expecting it to be a mid November thing too, or an early December, I've been trying to watch sites that change their release date info, as Gamestop and the likes will know pretty quick as they are major distributors.

Get the units out in time for Black Friday and Cyber Saturday. Without a doubt, those are the dates Sony and PD are gonna shoot for. Only time will tell if they make them on time.

A release date between 24th of November and the 8th of December would make things not SO bad. It would be acceptable for me. If they however, in a Gran Turismo way, delay it again and don't make Q4. I'm sorry for Sony but then I'll be extremely mad.

Sure, I would buy Gran Turismo anyway... I'm honest about that. But if I ever had to make a choice between a Sony TV or another one, a Sony cell phone and another brand, or whatever product from Sony that isn't something related to Gran Turismo...

I'm sorry, but I would never buy anything else from Sony again than Gran Turismo.
Just out of principle.

I'd wait for Playstation or Polyphony D to make an announcement as alot of websites put whatever will get sales (as could Playstation or Polyphony D). I truly think this is the last delay seeing as its headed to production....... Unlesss all of thier delivery trucks break down and they can't get the product to stores that is lol.

Yeah, I think this'll be the last delay too, kaz was pretty upset about this, Kaz pushed for 6 years on this title, finally had a true documented "coming November 2nd release date" then random delay, This wasn't kaz's fault, he built a damn good game, I mean I see it like this, the people complaining about how all cars don't have interior views, what game even has 200 cars to be picky about interior? 1000 cars is pretty nice to have, standard or not. let alone 70++ tracks.

I Just hope you can take all the cars everywhere, like making a drag kart, for the drag strip, taking a nascar on Sarthe, which I'm pretty sure you can, nothing was limited before, but then again we never had this "standard/premium" thing either. Anyways, I'm excited to get my CE of GT5. whenever it does come out lol

Heh. If they release GT5 any time after November, Prologue will have actually been closer in time to GT4 than GT5. Maybe it can be retro-actively titled "GT4: Epilogue".

Secret bugged information from PD, late one evening just recently

Translatorsan – Boss, we’ve got a teeny bit of a problem…
Kaz – What?
Translatorsan – Well it seems we’ve gone Gold 3 days too late to meet our production window
Kaz – Please tell me you’re kidding…
Translatorsan – Sorry, I’m not. We now won’t be able to have enough copies of the game to meet demand…
Kaz – Can anything else go wrong with this damn game, we thought we were going to release in Xmas 2008!
Translatorsan – Well since you asked there is something else…
(phone rings)
Kaz – Hang on… gotta get this…
Kaz answers the phone
Logitech – Hey Kaz, Logitech Technologies here…
Kaz – Hey man, what’s up? You happy with the full G27 support we’ve given ya?
Logitech – Yeah, thanks, but that issss what I want to talk to you about?
Kaz – Stop right there, we’ve given you everything you freakin’ asked for!!!
Logitech – Oh it’s not that, it’s with this launch date of early Nov you’d announced we can’t produce enough G27’s to meet expected demand…
(Kaz cell rings)
Kaz holds one finger up to Translatorsan to indicate one minute.
Kaz to Logitech – One minute please I need to take an extremely urgent cell call.
Kaz answers cell
Kaz – Good morning
Porsche – Hey Kaz, still got those 15 cars of ours modelled?
Kaz – Yes, of course, but despite our generous offer you refused us to use them.
Porsche – Well we got a favour to ask…
Kaz – You want them in the game now??!!??
Porsche – Yeah, it seems we had a little more leverage in our Terms and Conditions in the other contract than we first thought.
Kaz – You realized the game has gone already Gold and the production window is very tight!
Porsche – Well, we know that, we’re prepared to waive our charge for the cars and go halves in costs of the production delay.
Kaz – You realize how many millions of people that are going to be peed off?
Porsche – Yes the number is roughly the same as the people that want Porsche in the game…
Kaz – Good point, suggestions?
Porsche – Well, we’ve had a talk with the Ruskies and they’re in on pretending a “production problem”
Kaz – One sec please
Kaz to Translatorsan – Was there something else?
Translatorsan – It seems, a recent hack, means that Firmware 3.41 isn’t compliant but we should’ve had 3.50
Kaz to Translatorsan – The game has firmw….
Translatorsan – Yes sir, I know. It’s a two day fix. Delays the game to late Nov at most, hopefully.
Kaz – Hopefully?
Translatorsan (smiling) – It is GT5 afterall sir, people expect delays…
Kaz – Not funny. Go get it all started I’ve got a mess to sort out. Leave
Translatorsan leaves
Kaz to Logitech – Sorry about the delay, it seems we can conjure up something to accommodate your request, but by George you owe us.
Logitech – Really? Wow. Thank you so much, you’ve got us out of a tight spot.
Kaz – Keep this in the bank, we’re gonna cash this sucker in, guaranteed.
Logitech – No problem, anything you want. Thanks bye.
Kaz – Bye
Kaz to Porsche – All the delay costs and you have a deal, we get the fallout you don’t. You just have win-win.
Porsche – Fair enough, deal. We’ll call the Ruskies now. Talk later.
Kaz – Bye
Kaz to Sony – Hey Kaz here… you’re not gonna believe this…

Leaving the jokes aside, Logitech was really out of stock many times during 2009/2010, i can tell due to minial qty that we use to get for import, i work in a retail shop who sells gaming/gaming accesories and the suppliers runs out of stock many times...
