I'm afraid it means 'standard' tuned.

Like you can buy a tuned Lancer, but you can't buy a regular Lancer and tune it the same way.

That's just stupid then. The 370z in the TT is a tuned 370z but it just looks like rims and a wing. It would be stupid if that car was for sale in GT5. NISMO Z or EVO MR or factory/shop tuned cars it's fine. Oh well...

oh, so then I was right?

No one knows, but its too obvious that they're examples of what a user can do, if out of 1000 cars 500 are tuned versions of the other 500 well then.. I think it would just be stupid.

Lets think, what are the tuned versions? Faster versions of the standard cars, so we know we will be able to do up cars so there you...

If you can then watch these videos straight from the guys who made them, I asked them for these with the incentive of extra views, thanks.

Oh they haven't got the 2nd video on their channel I don't think.

A tuned car in the GT series is a specific model and not a normal road car that's been modified by the player. Check GTP and GT4...move on

Yeah, I can't imagine how more cars in a GT game could be a good thing. :P

I'm eager to see as to how this amount of cars is divided. If it's another case of 20 different skylines and 15 different EVOs than it's no surprise they'll reach that number. But if they will offer a wide variety of cars from each manufacturer, I will be very impressed. One of my biggest questions is how many Ferraris and Lamborghinis the game will offer. So far we haven't seen such a stunningly high number of cars from these manufacturers yet, but I'm really hoping we will be surprised in March. Just the thought of taking the Ferrari 250 GTO for a spin around any track for that matter...

Posted already on last page....

I also liked how he explained that the DF GT is the best you can get at the moment.
...the best in terms of COMPATIBILITY, because it's the one they've been working on the most since it's the official GT5/GT5P wheel.

/Tuned or Concept by GT cars were never in GT4, and the ones in GTp are specific models only because the tuning shop was not featured in the prologue, meaning the only way to get a tuned version of your car was through Concept by GT. Oh and quick tune doesnt count because it is basically car setting like in every GT but with the option of upping the bhp.

He's talking about the Tuned Lancer IX in the same vid as the Tuned Tuscan. It's the same Tuned Evo IX as in GT5:P.

No, there is a blue tuned Evo X, that has a more subtle kit and again looks like the same car as the tuned Evo X in Gt5:P, but there's a red Tuned Evo IX just behind the Tuned Tuscan and the first Amuse 350Z. It has a much more noticable bodykit and it's wide bodied too, it's not the HKS car.
