Ferrari F50?!

Alright, after watching that HQ version of the trailer, I think we can see that deformation (or headlights cracking) is not yet shown to us. So, this can't be the secret trailer that was talked about back in TGS.

The Citroen that crashed the Subaru looked perfectly fine too. The footages in the trailer might be an old build after all cause we've also seen screenshots where there are at least two cars in the track getting damaged..I think.

Ferrari F50?!

I don't see it. Are you talking about the yellow GTR (second car in your pic)?

Um difficult to say. The car behind it looks like a GT300 RX7, So I don't think it is.

Come to think of it, the car in 3rd looks like a GT500 Supra.

The F50GT doesn't have a yellow variation i don't think, so it's unlikely the F50 would be racing SuperGT cars. I think its most likely a GT500 GTR.

Look at the indentations on the hood (and also notice the open mouth on the bottom). It fits the F50 too well!

But dang, it could be an Elise.

I tend to agree. Neither the Supra I posted or the GT fit the look aswell as the F50 does. But its almost certainly a SuperGT car, as there are several shots of a SuperGT race on that track throughout the trailer.

If it makes you feel better, it is likely that the F50 will be in the game, with the F40 and F60 (Enzo) already confirmed. :)

EDIT: What I want to know is, what the car going across the bridge is at 0.24 ;)

My mind is playing tricks on me, I see a Carrera GT... :ill:

If the video is consistent, it should be the SLS AMG, the only car being shown in night.

Well it should be. But it is impossible to see it, it's just blurred if you pause it, and its not there long enough to see it.

Anyway about the 'F50', I think the only SuperGT car that really fits is the RE Amemiya RX7 (The one that wasn't in GT4, the newer one):

See how it has the 2 air intakes on the bonnet, and the mouth, and the headlights are the right shape. The spoiler is the right colour and shape, it fits.

And the car behind it is definitely a YellowHat GTR, followed by a Castrol Supra.

I agree.. it's exactly what I thought about what those two cars were.

Assuming all cars in this pic are Super GT, are there any Super GT cars that resembled the F50 that much? Because from what I am seeing, whatever that car is, it has a front look very similar to an F50 (at that angle and distance)

I tried to find images of the Rx7, Supra and GTR at that angle, none exist. Spectating and camera work is mostly done from the sidelines :/ No Helicopter pics or anything. (Well, the first few pages of Google images didn't bring anything up, so I gave up looking :sly:)

enzo was on screen for like 2 seconds battling the r8. The car is not the f50, the first car is the rx7, second car looks like the yellowhat gtr.

It's the Yellowhat GT-R.There's only 2 yellow cars on Tsukuba, the other is the RX-7. Go to 1:33.
EDIT: Upon further searching, the first one is the RE Amemiya RX-7 and the second one is the YellowHat GT-R (it has number decal and a roof scoop on top)

My GT detective skills aren't that great then :dunce:  Funny how different it looks in that picture though :dopey: Must be the JGTC300 RX-7...

Anyone else notice at around :37 when the lotus (i think) gets airborne and lands the suspension seems to have a much better rebound than what I can remember on prologue? It seems to actually bounce back up almost getting airborne again where as in prologue the cars just bottom out and go back to the original ride height. I know it's a different physics than prologue just saying it looked pretty realistic to me. Sorry if someone already mentioned this.

To be fair, you could see that from the Indianapolis demo, from the small bump leading onto the home straight. And on the several other videos we have been seeing for weeks/months on various circuits.

In that case must have not been paying close enough attention. :)

edit: And after watching the HD video it doesn't rebound as much as I thought.

To my knowledge there is nothing else out there showing the car losing balance in the air like that. And there is certainly nothing like it in the TT demo.

The car reacts to bumps more realistically, in most of the vids we have seen.

Most of the Nurburgring videos we have seen are in cockpit view or bumper cam, this is not the first example, but we havn't seen that bumps like that in many other videos to confirm.
