Twice!

I think the clue is in his title

Get it, not only obvious but also literal...;), anyway everyone seems to give up guessing after the mystery Le Mans class-winning racer, given the possible timeline of almost a century it is probably too daunting a task to deduct every single one.
Although the last one ( class-winner, not overall ) i can think of with consideration of all the cluess given is this one.

MG Lola EX257.jpg

MG-Lola, i'm not much of an MG fan myself but would love those old Lola's.

Nice video cap of the Garage screen! This person must have that GT5 demo collection....
Like the cemetery that is seen in the fly by :)

Its a video from a auto/game/tech convention somewhere. The garage we already saw months ago at I think TAS.

Well, GT is like an RPG!

You start out with slow cars, and begin to fight your way up the ranks. Then you upgrade your weapons (cars) and fight bigger bosses and earn bigger rewards.

I just hope GT Mode offers double GT4's content.

Yep:tup: and I didn't like Mr Kaz when he said that Gt5 will have a easy progress gameplay(career) like in gt psp!!I absolutely liked the Gt4 mode with a hard and laborious course!!

New Video from M-B Youtube page.

SLS test drive with DTM race car driver.. I think they will still show more of the footage and what he thinks of it.

I used to enjoy watching Scnhieder back in the day, he was a great driver.

One moment...

Some other user of Neogaf

It's actually november 3rd 2010

He's from the future!

I think this guy is on to something...
Or he doesn't know that there's more than one date format in the world, like the correct one we use ;):sly:.

I personally prefer the Japanese way of starting with the year, then month, then day - I think several international standards are similar. But yeah, the order should be consistent!

Interesting! That counts as publicity in my book...

I can't imagine being so out of touch with the calendar that the most important - and thus first expressed - part of the date is the year.

Must make the Japanese translation of Terminator really boring.

"What's today's date?", "1988...", "Oh, right."

Don't the Japanese read from the right hand side of the page anyway?

If my memory is correct it would mean 2010-3-23 would read 23-3-2010

If I'm not right I'm blaming the fumes I was forced to breath at work today!

Haha! Well, I meant more with things like publications / newspapers etc.

Obviously in one-to-one speech I doubt even the Japanese start with the year!

Japanese is written left-to-right, or top-to-bottom depending on what you're reading.
Semitic languages (Hebrew, Arabic etc.) are written "backwards"

Tired Tyres @

Traditionally, manga stories flow from top to bottom and from right to left, following the traditional pattern of the written Japanese language. Some publishers of translated manga keep this format, but other publishers flip the pages horizontally, changing the reading direction to left to right, so as not to confuse foreign readers or traditional comics-consumers. This practice is known as "flipping". For the most part, the criticisms suggest that flipping goes against the original intentions of the creator (for example, if a person wears a shirt that reads "MAY" on it, and gets flipped, then the word is altered to "YAM"). Flipping may also cause oddities with familiar asymmetrical objects or layouts, such as a car being depicted with gas pedal on the left and the brake on the right, or a shirt with the buttons on the wrong side.

@ Basically, the words their read are not flipped, but the way they get to those words is (if that makes sense to you, can't really explain it well). Here.

The public kept on complaining about the lack of skidmarks and spent too much time asking why the trees look better on the Tokyo track then they do on Nurburgring so PD told them all to go home. Also, half of them got the time of the race wrong because the clock in their car wasn't working and were scared to reverse out of their driveway because they had no reverse lights. I'm sure some of them also thought that it was another sunny day, and since there has been no sign of rain for the past 5 years then they may as well spend the day at the beach. One or two had major accidents, where although their car only came out with a few minor scatches, they themselves did require serious medical attention and are consequently in hospital. I do hope they are ok.

I'm fully prepared to be booed for this post, but what other excuse is there?
Bahahahahahaha 👍👍

When asked about skidmarks and in-game weather changes, Yamauchi downplayed them:

“I’m hoping our players won’t be caught up with minor details. If they pick at every little thing, nobody will be satisfied. It’s the overall evolution that will impress. Skidmarks should be of no concern. (He says with a laugh).”

I found another picture from the GT5 DEMO. Hit the "previous" button at the top of the picture.

You can make out the SLS sound from the outside better in this recent vid from a Polish motor show 👍

The game offered a well known track Nürburgring and ride Mercedes SLS. Visual side has not changed, when more than two years ago I bought my first PS3, videos of GT5 have been doing a great impression on me. Now, when I saw a competitive game heartbeat next to overcoming the corners is much slower, and the same publisher cools us with each successive game release dates. Quite a nice model car, same track, and the environment now much uglier. The demo was implemented "damage model" - I managed to tear partly behind the bumper car (unfortunately only on the right ...) To the game approached several times, the Mercedes did not want to turn, and the settings are not enjoyed myself, as the game offered only Japanese shrubs. Although really, the demo I spent several minutes just came across a bug (unfortunately I could not photograph it) you see at a speed of 150 -160 km / h on a straight road (find us at the finish) I became Auto prance like an American dragster. Presents itself as a whole in motion? Review for yourself:

about the bug where the above person mentions that the front lifts up like a drag car on launch - it's probably due to car damage effects, maybe increasing front end lift

This person with the same demo mentions that here- - with pics

I'm not sure about the behaviour of the car, I think the damage afected it, because the direction works worst (or maybe my imagination) and the aerodinamic of the car is affected too (the car sometimes when was very damage try to "fly", the front wheels lost the ground).

I don't know how to explain it, better a picture, the car did this
