The LP560-4, as rated by the factory, is 3.7 seconds. Only Edmunds seems to have managed a 4 second mark while others are managing 3.4 to 3.7. The factory is already claiming 3.5 for the Superleggera. If anything, his sig may referring to the LP560-4 itself as it can hit 202Mph as well w/ the Spyder just at 201Mph.
 
In the new video it shows the FT-86 in its own class, the concept car class. Makes me wonder if we'll see the McLaren MP4-12C there.
 
Ok first things first this mysterious new demo everyone is talking about ,will it actually be available on the PSN ,I know we didn't todate get a real GT5 full game demo so will this be it.?

How sure are we of the source of that video? I'm pretty sure it's not from anyone's home. Here's why:

When I saw it yesterday, it had no music, but a loud background. As well as the sound of a bustling enviroment, there were loud beeps going off. I commented on the video yesterday (youtube username Addyyy84) that it sounded like the reaction time test/game at Toyota Mega Web complex in Tokyo. ...And what cars do we see in the demo? A pack of Toyotas. Also, the reaction test was placed near all the GT simulators when I was there last year.

Here's the reaction test. These sounds were going off in the video's background before the soundtrack change:



Why would I post that comment yesterday if there was music, and why would the user change the soundtrack to music? :confused:

Edit: not saying the home demo isn't real, but the video isn't.

It's now a production car, my guess is that it will be in the supercar category.

Going off topic, it will certainly astonish the whole world, I have no doubt it will be faster than a ferrari 458, cornering and in a straigh line, McLaren always know what they're doing.

I hope not since it's no longer a concept. Thought seeing the ca was officially released when the game should've been done, it's possible.

Well it is PD, who have included both the production and concept models in the same game before.

I thought so. I'm not sure why I considered it still a concept. Nonetheless, it makes me wonder what other cars will be under the Concept Car Class along with the FT-86 Concept.

Concept Car Class (Toyota FT-86 Concept)

Tuned Car Class (HKS CT320R)

GT Racing Car Class (Honda ARTA NSX (SUPER GT)

Super Car Class (Dodge Viper ACR)

Rally/Touring Car Class (Suzuki SX4 WRC)



I also like how he says: "There's a lot of features that we are not showing there, that WILL be in the final version, and a lot of those features really are going to wow users, consumers in the long run."
 
Users? Consumers? I'm a gamer, damnit!

I don't know how indicative that really is of some sort of class-based system for GT5, though at least the arcade mode may have this, as it has done in the past.

This is a dodge isn't it? There's also a silver race edition, with a giant rear spoiler, no other car cornered faster than it back in GT2. I miss that days, no job, no concernings, just long afternoons filled by games. ;) Well, at least as a grown-up I can drive in real life. :D
