BTW, Happy St George's Day everyone surprisingly hard to find a non-BNP related image!
Why is it rare and how was it distributed?can be seen in very rare documentary called Gran Turismo Attack.

I agree about the handling model, only shame today is that it does not allow 900 steering input.
GT3 has the best of everything. It's a nice balance of all the elements that made the GT series great, without too much filler. It has always been my overall favorite, and until GT5 arrives, will remain so.
What makes you so confident about this?
My reading is that, with new data (GT5), the ranking of the existing GT games would have to be reevaluated to take account. Not "GT5 will be my favourite".
I believe this has not been posted yet (not in the last 4 pages at least), and to reignite the 3D discussion:

As many of us suspected, to make it 3D (real 3D, that is), many games will have to drop from 1080p to 720p along with some frames per second.
So if we get a 3D GT5 version/option/setting, it may just be 720p and lower FPS.
CHUNDER! ahahaha
It's all I could find for ATTACK GRAN TURISUMO.
Rare indeed.
WTF!!!
a porsche in a gt video ?
i know ruf was in gt4 but ... didnt they have their own logo on their cars ?

It'll require a downscale, but I'm fine with that. Also, there is no way it has less FPS. A minimum requirement of 60fps is needed to create at least 30 frames in each eye. Maybe the each eye frame rate is what you mean. Super Stardust HD runs in 120fps... meaning 60 frames each eye. I don't think GT5 will do 3D unless it's 60fps (the 3D standard fps... to make sure people dont puke watching them)
That was Kazunori Yamauchi's own Porsche GT3 (996). This isn't the only GT video that has featured Porsches and other brands (eg Ferrari before GT got the license)

Interesting... Your post kind of reminds me of how people talk about Final Fantasy:
- Everyone always says FF VII was their favorite
- FF fans have hoped for years for a graphically updated version of VII
- We waited a really long time for FF XIII, expecting it to be the greatest ever
So, I wonder if next year we'll all just be demanding a version 2 of GT3
Seriously though, I hope GT5 becomes my all time favorite too...
